Since its establishment in 1995, Diana has been a crucial and indispensable part of the McCarthy Financial Group. Not only is she Kevin's spouse, but she also serves as a partner in the company. Diana is responsible for overseeing client access to the firm's wealth management website and providing support for any inquiries or issues that may arise. Additionally, she plays a key role in organizing various events, ranging from educational forums to social gatherings.
In addition to her significant contributions at McCarthy Financial Group, Diana is also co-owner of a nearby yoga studio, Body4Yoga. Located just around the corner from the office, the studio provides a convenient opportunity for relaxation and wellness. Diana also takes on the role of the primary instructor for our weekly Free Chair Yoga Sessions, conducted over Zoom. During her free time, Diana cherishes quality family time. She especially loves the company of her children, Christopher and Casey, alongside her loving husband, Kevin.

Kevin C. McCarthy was born in Hull, Massachusetts, but raised in North Miami Beach, Florida. Although Kevin's father was a sergeant at the North Miami Beach Police Department and many of his family members were also in the field of public service, Kevin's aspirations lead him to a career in the financial field.
Since 1987, Kevin has been dedicated to creating a financial investment plan and model portfolio based on each client's unique goals and risk tolerance. Through his many years of experience in financial planning and money management, Kevin has been able to guide all his clients in proper asset allocation. Learning early on that each investor is unique and no single investment account is right for everyone, Kevin created McCarthy Financial Group, P.A. Since 1993, this family-owned, full-service financial planning firm has been devoted to offering each client a clear perspective and consistent service.
Through his practice, Kevin has been able to compliment his clients' (portfolios or savings plans,etc.) by offering a very simple approach: identify the client's needs and goals, design and implement a plan of action, and more importantly, monitor and evaluate performance regularly and revise the plan as needed.

Stephany is the Marketing Assistant, handling all of our social media platforms as well as assisting Kevin and Vivian with client services. Stephany appreciates having the opportunity to learn something new everyday in the marketing field, assisting each client with their needs, and most importantly working with family.
Stephany joined the McCarthy Financial Group team July 2020. She is married to Vivian's son, Michael and they are proud parents of two beautiful girls, Abby and Sophia. On her spare time Stephany enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her "fur babies", Coco and Mando.
Vivian is the Office Manager and Kevin's sister-in-law. She assists Kevin in implementing new client proposals in addition to tracking new accounts to ensure they are being processed correctly and in a timely manner. She also tracks company goals and deadlines to assure efficiency and productivity within the office, facilitates client service requests and monitors and schedules annual client reviews. With over 20+ years of experience in this industry, Vivian's knowledge in this field is surpassed only by her sincere commitment to each client.
Vivian joined the team at McCarthy Financial Group officially back in 2000. She and her husband, Marco, are proud parents of two sons, Michael and Marco Jr. On her free time Vivian enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandkids.
