A Wheeling native, Joe serves on the board of the Wheeling Area Soccer Association (WASA) and serves as assistant coach to the boys' soccer team at Wheeling Central Catholic High School. In addition to his passion for all things soccer, Joe is an avid Steelers and NFL fan. He and his wife Cecily are proud parents to a little girl named Sydney.

Adam Headley

Adam Headley serves as a Client Coordinator in our Dayton office. In that role, he provides operational support to the Dayton Advisory Team. Adam's primary goal is to provide excellent client service by exceeding current needs and anticipating future expectations. He is also a member of our Illiquid Assets Specialized Practice Group.

She also plays a critical role on the firm's ISC Implementation Subcommittee.

Brian Lipton

As a financial strategist in the Gaithersburg office, Brian helps individuals and organizations with their financial concerns. For individuals, this typically consists of translating available financial options into investment and planning strategies to better their (and their family's) lifestyle for the near and long-term. For organizations, he provides guidance and execution of an effective 401(k) plan for their employees.

Carla M. Hayes

Carmen M. Petote

With close to 40 years of financial planning experience, Carmen Petote serves as a financial strategist in our Pittsburgh, PA office. As a seasoned wealth/investment manager, Carmen enjoys building and managing client relationships, as well as serving as an industry educator. Carmen is the past President of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and has held various Board positions. He also conducted educational workshops for Financial and Retirement Planning at local corporations, including Westinghouse and United States Steel. In the past, he has been retained as a retirement consultant for local corporate employees at AT&T, American Express and Bell Atlantic.

Chelsea Clegg

A financial strategist in the Wheeling office, Chelsea works directly with our wealth management clients and serves an integral role in onboarding and maintaining relationships. She also coordinates for McKinley Carter's Investment Services Council, assisting our leadership team in the communication, design and execution of our comprehensive investment programs.

Chelsea Weiss

Chelsea is the administrative coordinator for our Charleston office. She is responsible for processing client paperwork, preparing meeting materials, handling all office correspondence and administrative duties. Chelsea is also a member of McKinley Carter's Risk Management Specialized Practice Group.

Chris Buck

With 30 years of financial planning experience, Chris Buck manages our Dayton, Ohio advisory and service teams. Chris is responsible for managing existing client relationships, formulating and implementing advice, as well as developing new client relationships. He is also a member of our Financial Autonomy Specialized Practice Group.

David P. Nolan

Drew Tardy

As a financial strategist, Drew enjoys learning about the lives of the clients he serves and encouraging them to pursue their dreams with strategic planning and thoughtfulness. As regional manager, Drew leads the Charleston team by creating an environment of fun professionalism, focusing on excellence in client care and growing the team and the region. He is also a member of McKinley Carter's Financial Autonomy Specialized Practice Group. Drew was a member of the University of Tennessee football team, playing wide receiver for the Vols in the mid-2000s. He used the lessons learned on the gridiron to pursue a career in finance. While the numbers side was interesting, Drew enjoyed the interaction with people, collaborating to work toward a common goal. This has led to a career with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, ranging from insurance to investments. Before joining us, Drew co-founded an insurance services firm and was named 2016 Mountain State Agency Alliance Rookie of the Year. Drew is a member of the Financial Planning Advisory Committee for the University of Charleston and also mentors student-athletes at the University of Tennessee. Additionally, he and his wife Maggie are first-grade Sunday school teachers at River Ridge Church in Hurricane, WV. Until experiencing an Achilles tear, he competed with his friends in an adult soccer league. He now enjoys distance running and bike riding. When he has time, he loves to golf, travel to new places, and vacation with Maggie and their two daughters, Ava and Claire, at Kiawah Island.

Erica L. Crouse

Erica is the technology coordinator, acting as the main point of contact between the firm and its IT partner, Omni Strategic Technology. She also serves as the product specialist for the firm's CRM and leads the Solutions With Active Training (S.W.A.T.) and Product Specialist Council (PSC) groups. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing initiatives aimed at enhancing internal efficiencies, managing data, and troubleshooting. Erica also serves as the Chair of the Employee Care Committee.

Janelle M. Grandstaff

Janelle Grandstaff is a member of our Central Administration team working as an Operations Administrator in the Wheeling office. Her sharp attention to detail plays a major role in the team's success of maintaining accuracy of client accounts and the execution of trades. Her responsibilities also include implementation of investment strategies, investment of new deposits, and reconciliation of custodial data. Before joining the firm, Janelle worked at the Housing Authority of Benwood and McMechen (WV) for four years and, prior to that, worked for 15 years at WesBanco. Janelle enjoys all outdoor activities, craft beer tastings, and attending concerts.

Jarrett Fair

Jarrett is an accomplished musician playing primarily bass guitar and has performed across the eastern U.S. In his spare time, he also enjoys archery.

He also serves as Coordinator of Retirement Plan Services for the firm, leads our Tax & Legacy Specialized Practice Group as its specialist, and serves on the firm's Investment Strategy Committee. Joel is a Business Partner Member of the Miami Valley Human Resources Association. In his free time, he enjoys tapping into his creative side -- writing and arranging music, leading music, playing trumpet, piano, pennywhistle, percussion instruments, and singing. Additionally, she worked in an administrative coordinator role for a wealth management company in Cranberry Township, PA.

With over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry, Julie has strong skills in building and managing financial plans and portfolios for her clients. While these technical skills serve as the backbone of her work as a financial strategist, Julie finds the best part of her role is the relationships she enjoys with her clients - getting to know each client and their family, as well as their dreams and goals so she can help them live the life they desire.
