Craig has worked in the IT industry for many years as a Programmer, Systems Analyst, Service Desk Analyst and IT Technician and brings this experience to our clients.
Joseph runs IT workshops and does a fantastic job on the Helpdesk, providing support across a range of IT technologies including servers, network storage devices and Audio Visual equipment.

Megan joined the team in June 2019, initially as a work experience placement but showed such a good aptitude to problem solving and easy manner with clients, that she was invited to join the team within a few weeks.
