Maya Medical Centre is now conducting COVID-19 vaccinations at our practice. We now have a supply of Moderna Spikevax XBB.1.5... Maya Medical Centre is now introducing a fee for patients who do not attend the practice and do not inform the practice before attending your appointment. Unless there is a legitimate reason for being unable to attend the practice for your appointment, or unable to inform the practice of your inability to attend, you will be expected to pay this fee. Should this happen more than two times and accounts still have not been paid, a letter of suspension of services and the outstanding account will be issued. There may also be the possibility of permanent suspension from the practice at the Doctors' discretion for repeat offenders...
