The two McNear businesses (McNear's Saloon & Dining House and McNear's Mystic Theatre) are a collaboration of the building restorers and owners, Jeff and Nancy Harriman, the McNear building manager, Bente Niles, and a local, homegrown entrepreneur of Irish decent, Kenneth O'Donnell.
