Meris Clinical Research is a privately owned and operated research organization initially founded in 2010 by Dr. Rafael Martinez and Dr. Dragos Zanchi as the research arm of their clinical practice, Pulmonary and Sleep of Tampa Bay. As the practice grew, so did the volume and complexity of studies necessitating the evolution to an independent research arm now known as Meris Clinical Research. Meris manages three sites in the Tampa Bay area (Tampa, Brandon, and Wesley Chapel) offering convenient access to potential subjects across the region... Our research facilities are well equipped to optimize the subject's experience and comfort as well as that of our monitors and sponsors. In addition to the standard amenities expected from a clinical site, each Meris site is equipped with a fully staffed sleep lab and extended stay quarters perfect for trials requiring prolonged subject monitoring or formal sleep studies.
