Karen has been employed in financial services for more than 30 years, predominately in professional services advising clients on liability and claim issues. ACII qualified and a Chartered Insurance Broker, in 2010 she was the inaugural recipient of Chartered Insurance Broker of the Year from the CII for service to clients, respect in the market and the wider community and by representing insurance broking in a positive and professional manner.
