As with any type of collectible, the top of the line tends to maintain its value better than entry level pieces. I have decided to disperse the collection by offering the pieces shown on this site for sale... With Vintage Ibanez, condition is everything. if you are thinking of buying someplace else, when you are comparing prices, make sure the other seller is fully disclosing the condition and originality of his product... I began the Mr-Ibanez Collection about 30 years ago. Most of the instuments were made at a time prior to the start of the collection. All instruments were selected for their rareity and condition. My focus was on collecting top of the line models, most with either block or vine inlay when available.
