Bray Barnes

Mr. Barnes is a founding member and serves as the Chief Business Development Officer focusing his efforts upon external marketing, strategic corporate relations, executive administration, compliance and legal. Mr. Barnes has over 40 years of experience as a New Jersey and Washington DC business attorney, federal government official and Presidential appointee. In addition to his professional endeavors Mr. Barnes is also a proactive volunteer and has chaired a variety of domestic and international recognized charitable institutions. He is a noted leader and recognized by his peers as evidenced by his association with the following organizations in Washington, D.C. including U.S. Department of Homeland Security-Senior Executive, and Director - Global Security & Innovative Strategy. Mr. Barnes has served as an Attorney at Law for law firms in both New Jersey and Washington, DC. Among Mr. Barnes' notable organizations: National Executive Board - Boy Scouts of America, Life Member - Vietnam Veterans of America, Life Member - 101st Airborne Division Association and recently Conferred Papal Honor of Knight Commander, Pontifical Order of St. Gregory, by Pope Francis I.

Jim McCarthy - Chief Legal Officer

Mr. McCarthy serves as the Company's Chief Legal Officer, member of the Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary. He oversees the Company's legal strategy on key issues including regulatory and statutory requirements in the areas of procurement and corporate governance and agreements with jurisdictions, vendors, third parties and investors. In addition, Mr. McCarthy directs corporate training for employees and contract workers to ensure familiarity and compliance with the Open Public Records Act, ethics, pay to play and proprietary matters. Mr. McCarthy also drafts and negotiates compensation packages and works with and oversees outside counsel. Before joining Municipal Finance & Services Corp., Mr. McCarthy served as Chief Counsel and Director of HR for a New Jersey based global shipping and logistics company and as counsel with law firms in New Jersey and New York where he advised clients on the full range of legal and strategic issues in municipal law, litigation and business matters. Mr. McCarthy holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.S. from Providence College. Mr. McCarthy is an active volunteer in youth sports and activities, having served as a volunteer coach, board member and leader for various sports and community events.

Peter McGuire

Mr. McGuire serves as the Senior Operations Executive. He has over 35 years of experience as a Wall St. Executive having worked his entire career at Garvin Guy Butler/ICAP, the world's largest Interbank Broker. He brings extensive knowledge of traditional Banking and Capital markets, in managing money market, fixed income, and derivative products teams at ICAP plc for 30+ years. His clients included the world's largest Banking and Financial Institutions. Mr. McGuire was instrumental in the business development and rapid growth of new products. He has a proven track record of expanding revenues, increasing clients, and growing market share. His ability to adapt to a changing technological marketplace coupled with his excellent interpersonal skills have established strong relationships and trust with clients, executing and driving growth. He has a deep understanding of the Municipal finance and Credit markets. Having experienced multiple financial crisis, strong crisis management and critical thinking skills were developed bolstering management decision making. Mr. McGuire is recognized for having managed sales teams, motivating personnel, to reach #1 ranking on the street in their respective markets. Mr. McGuire is also a proactive volunteer involved with community groups serving on Boards, as well as coaching and mentoring youth sports teams. Robert Miragliotta - CFO

Mr. Miragliotta has over 35 years of experience in areas relating to financial administration and controllership with a career foundation in a Big Four accounting firm. He has a record of success in: Executive Management; Corporate Development; and Operations / Contract Negotiations. He is an experienced problem solver with the proven ability to drive revenue growth, obtain working capital finance, resolve external conflicts, improve productivity, increase revenue, and reduce expenses. Scott Hospes - CTO

Mr. Hospes has over 25 years of experience in areas relative to Information Technology management, administration and implementation and holds several professional designations and supporting credentials. Mr. Hospes is recognized as a highly respected leader with extensive experience managing architecture and operations of diverse business disciplines, including bio-techs, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and consulting within the information technology industry. Mr. Hospes has a deep understanding of how technology impacts business and a proven ability to deliver solutions and support that improve operational efficiencies and the bottom line. Mr. Hospes has excellent interpersonal skills with 25 years' Global IT experience providing enterprise-wide strategic and tactical planning, development, and coordination of multi-platform infrastructure initiatives.
