Brad Barnes

Brad has 20 years of experience in bidding and negotiating contracts for manufacturing, construction and maintenance services supporting multiple industries including Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Pulp & Paper, and Heavy Manufacturing. His expertise is in upstream and downstream oil & gas projects includes: construction and industrial cleaning of refineries and chemical plants, offshore deepwater construction and subsea surveys, risk-based inspection planning, and classification of platforms, LNG terminals, and MODUs. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and MBA (Management Specialization) from Sam Houston State University.

Carl Cockerham

Carl is responsible for Mechanical and Construction Services of Miller. As Director, he works with the CEO, CFO, and other senior staff to develop strategic and business plans and formulate the organization's goals, objectives, policies, and programs. He also organizes and directs the Mechanical and Construction Divisions in Prairieville LA., Deer Park and Corpus Christi, TX to ensure the accomplishment of the Miller mission. Carl has held senior executive positions for major companies throughout the US beginning in 1995 and has extensive experience with specific strategic planning while integrating specialty services. Also leading the grass roots development and start-up of a national specialty chemical and tank cleaning/waste processing group in which grew nationally. He was a long-time member of the Pipefitters Local 198, attended Louisiana State University and Rice University Business Management Courses.

Chris Morgan

Chris is an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental professional with over 30 years in the Oil and Gas industry. Working both domestically and internationally on new construction, maintenance capital and turnarounds. As a safety leader, he takes pride in creating a culture where safety is viewed as a value and creating processes for achieving safety excellence. He earned an Associate's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health Technology from San Jacinto College, Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the University of Houston. Chris is also a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers.

Matt Dartez

Matt has 30 years of Operations Management experience in the environmental disciplines ranging from industrial cleaning solutions, waste management, transportation, and emergency response and remediation projects. His expertise is in the upstream and downstream Oil and Gas sectors, Power Generation, Pulp and Paper, and Marine transportation. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. In his spare time, Matt enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife and three sons.

Michelle Rasmussen

Michelle is an experienced Operations and Human Resources Leader. She has over 30 years of experience as an operations leader in a wide range of various industries and 10 years as a leader in Human Resources. Driven by people and processes, she takes pride in the training and development of our most precious resource: our team. As the Corporate Director of Human Resources for Miller Integrated Solutions, her goals include the recruitment of people, continuous process improvement, retention, and engagement. Michelle has her SHRM SCP certification, an associate degree in accounting, a bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems and a master's in Organizational Leadership.

Mike Kocian

Mike Kocian has worked in the Industrial Cleaning industry for over 30 years, gaining experience in Hydroblasting, Vacuum, Transportation, Tank Cleaning and Chemical Cleaning. As the Director of Industrial Cleaning Services, his goals include providing the safest, cost effective and customer valued work in the industry. Prior to entering the Industry, Mike Kocian attended Texas A&M University and was a member of the U.S. Coast Guard where he gained valuable experience in direction and oversight of spill response activities at MSO Houston, TX..

MJ Olsson - CEO

MJ Olsson is the CEO of Miller Integrated Solutions (MIS) and serves on its board of directors. Named CEO in December 2020, she is responsible for Environmental Services, including Waste Management and Emergency Response, Industrial Cleaning, Mechanical and Construction Services. She has 30+ years of experience in petrochemical, manufacturing and power markets for the West and Gulf coast regions holding executive-level positions in both Operations and Sales with successes surrounding culture change, growth and profit. Her industry experience, combined with high emotional intelligence, integrity, and energy, results in successful cultural and transformational change. Ms. Olsson holds a degree in Economics from Saint Peters University.

Tommy Poche

Tommy is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in various industries, including non-destructive inspection and testing, specialty craft services, and integrated business management solutions and has a proven track record of providing financial leadership, analysis, and oversight for multi-million-dollar operations in the US and Canada. Tommy has successfully managed budgets, forecasts, audits, tax filings, cash flow projections, and capital planning processes. He has also participated in contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and legal issues and is adept at working with executive management, board of directors, private equity firms, and outside auditors.
