Our restaurant offers a menu designed and prepared according to seasonality and the availability of raw materials of superior quality offered from time to time by our garden and the territory that surrounds us. On our table we serve dishes capable of satiating in harmony all five senses of the most demanding guests... We want to be the place where agriculture is not exploitation to the point of exhaustion of natural resources. We work every day to show conscious and attentive consumers that it is still possible to produce and offer healthy, genuine products, without chemical pesticides and without interfering with the normal cycles of nature... We want to keep intact and pass on the flavors, colors and smells of our ancient land producing in purity of raw materials, reproposing fruits of plants that no longer exist in the common trade and committing ourselves to combine every day the dictates of organic farming to the most modern methods of production and processing.
