Alain Cochenet

Alain Cochenet co-founded Momentum Invest in June 2017 after fifteen years of experience in private equity, including eleven years as a Director at Pechel (2006-2016) where he was involved in ten private equity deals, mainly in the services sector. Previously, Alain worked in investment banking (M&A/ECM) at Ernst&Young (2004) and Deutsche Bank (2002-2003) in Paris and London. Alain started his career in Valeo's finance department in the United States (1999-2000). Alain had other experiences in private equity including Rothschild & Cie, BASF Venture Capital Hong Kong/United States, Natixis Private Equity, and the Center for Asia Private Equity Research Hong Kong. Alain is also co-founder and President of the INSEAD Alumni Private Equity and Finance Club in France and a member of France Invest's Investor relations commission.

Anne Lafont

Anne Lafont joined Momentum Invest in January 2024 as a General Secretary after twenty years of experience in private equity. Anne started his carrer in an accounting firm before joining Seven2 (Apax) where she spent six years in accounting and finance department. In 2005, Anne worked for the management company Pechel as a General Secretary, and in 2022 joined the company Sparring Capital as a Chief Financial Officer.

Daphné Guigui

Daphné Guigui joined Momentum Invest in 2023. She had prior experience in Private Equity at Capza, Bee Up Capital (Naxicap Small Caps) and Financière Fonds Privés.

Margaux Lionel-Marie

Margaux Lionel-Marie joined Momentum Invest in 2023. She had previously completed a gap year internship and also has experience in Private Equity within CIC Private Debt's team.

Olivier Guine

Olivier Guine joined Momentum Invest in October 2023 as a Partner after fifteen years of Private Equity experience. After working with Alain Cochenet at Pechel, Olivier joined the French sovereign fund Bpifrance Investissement in 2009, first as an associate and then as an Investment Director, where he worked with Arthur Bureau for 6 years. Olivier then pursued his career with CAPZA for 8 years, first as Investment Director, then as Director. Olivier was involved in twenty growth equity and LBO's transactions, mainly in the services sector (software, personal services, business services).

Pierre le Tanneur

Pierre le Tanneur co-founded Momentum Invest in June 2017 after having managed companies backed by private equity funds for fifteen years. Pierre and his teams converted a French SME (Eau Ecarlate) into a European Group (Spotless Group) bought by Henkel in 2014. Over this period, the company's revenues and EBITDA increased from 28m to 280m and from 5m to 80m respectively. He has an outstanding track record of 5 successful LBOs and conducted 12 acquisitions in 9 European countries. Pierre also supported many successful start-ups in the services sector (including Compte Nickel sold to BNP Paribas in the summer 2017). Before managing Eau Ecarlate, Pierre was Benckiser group's Marketing Director for France (cleaning products) and created the French subsidiary of Coty group (global leader in the fragrance industry). Pierre is a member of the ESSEC Board of Alumni and non-executive chairman of Carambar & Co (confectionary company owned by Eurazeo).

Tristan Parisot

Tristan Parisot co-founded Momentum Invest in June 2017 after twenty years of experience in private equity. Tristan started his career at KPMG Audit for three years, before joining 3i where he spent ten years. At 3i he achieved numerous growth and buyout operations, both as a majority and minority shareholder, notably in the services sector. In 2007, Tristan joined European Capital (now LGT European Capital Ltd) as a Partner. Tristan managed European Capital's Paris office from 2009 to 2016. During this period, he made several private equity and private debt deals in France and Europe. Tristan was also a member of the Investment Committee of European Capital Private Debt Fund until May 2017. Tristan is a member of France Invest's ESG commission.
