Brad Mishlove - Founder

Brad Mishlove is the Founder and CEO of Catapult Groups. Mr. Mishlove also serves as executive coach, mentor, and senior advisor to entrepreneurs. Clients typically hire Mishlove to bring strategy, systems, and accountability to growing enterprises. He began his career in his family's travel business before establishing Landscape Services, Inc., (LSI) a residential and commercial landscape company. Started with a used pick-up truck and $4,000, LSI grew to become the largest landscape firm in the state of Nevada. While managing his own entities, including landscape and concrete contracting firms, Mishlove joined a CEO peer advisory board. After selling LSI in 2006, Mishlove began coaching and mentoring other Presidents and entrepreneurs. Inspired by this experience, Mishlove formed Catapult Groups in 2011 to provide leadership training to CEOs, Business Owners, and entrepreneurs in a confidential and collaborative environment. Mishlove has been honored as a Young Entrepreneur nominee by the Small Business Administration, and is a Top 40 under 40 in Business honoree by In Business Las Vegas.

Doug Beckley

Doug Beckley holds the position of Executive Coach and Group Facilitator with Catapult Groups, mentoring and coaching CEOs, business owners, and entrepreneurs as part of his peer advisory group. In 2001, Beckley founded The Beckley Group, a management consulting firm and serves as its CEO. Under his leadership, The Beckley Group has facilitated positive change in growth for numerous Southern Nevada organizations including the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Manpower, among others. Beckley is an accomplished public speaker specializing in Effective Communication Techniques, Executive Self-Management, Managing Problem Performance, and Compassionate Confrontation. Beckley has served on numerous boards and associations including: Past Chairman of the Nevada Community Foundation, a $100 million public foundation, past President of the Las Vegas Southwest Rotary, founding member of the Nevada Planned Giving Roundtable, the Las Vegas Executives Association, and the National Society of Fundraising Executives. In 2000, Beckley established a philanthropic foundation that benefits a number of local nonprofit organizations and his donation to The Meadows School funded the school's gymnasium, which bears his name. Beckley is an accomplished public speaker specializing in Effective Communication Techniques, Executive Self-Management, Managing Problem Performance, and Compassionate Confrontation. Beckley holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific and a Master Certification in Organizational Development from the Center for Organizational Design.

Paul Robinson

Prior to joining Catapult Groups, Mr. Robinson served American Asphalt and Grading Company in a variety of roles, starting as an independent outside director and culminating as President and CEO, where he led the transition of the company from family owned and operated to a corporate structure with seven operating divisions and $300 million in annual revenue. The Board of Directors elected him Vice Chairman in 2006. Mr. Robinson served in this capacity until 2008 and assisted the management team in strategic planning, operational reporting, and HR issues. Before joining American Asphalt and Grading Company, Mr. Robinson served as the Vice President and Division Manager of Walter Construction, USA and Vice President of Estimating at Perini Corporation - US Heavy Division. He is currently active in an advisor role to several industry owners involved in facilities construction and M&A activity. Mr. Robinson has a degree in Civil Engineering Technology and served in the United States Marine Corps.
