As one of our Junior Underwriters here at Morgan Financial, Alex thoroughly reviews conditions sent out by the Underwriters and collects all necessary documents from the borrowers. Alex brings his background in customer service and finance to his approach while communicating with borrowers, team members, and all involved to ensure a thorough and smooth loan process.
Kind, intuitive, and ambitious, Alex enjoys giving back to local charities such as the St. Lucie County Human Society, Feeding the Homeless of Avenue D, and the Clean Our Beaches Organization. In his spare time, you can find Alex working out, enjoying nature, reading, writing, or meditating.
Alexa brings her previous experience in sales and customer service, as well as her positive attitude and her passionate and motivated work ethic, to her role as Loan Officer Assistant. Day to day, she acts as a liaison between borrowers and their Loan Officer, gathers documents, coordinates loan information, and assists in ensuring a smooth loan application experience.
When she's not at work, you can find Alexa at the zoo with her kids, spending time with family, going to the park, dancing, volunteering with nonprofit organization GROW, and pursuing her continued studies. Alyssa brings her dependable, motivated, and helpful work ethic and 15 years of experience in the industry to her role as Underwriter. Alyssa plays an integral role in the loan process and enjoys doing so, comparing her role of underwriter to putting together pieces of a puzzle for clients. She also brings her experience as a Navy brat and Air Force spouse to her work here at Morgan Financial's veteran-focused approach.
Alyssa's philosophy on life is to do the best you can with what you are given, and hopes to one day retire and travel the world with her spouse. She values family, friends, and travel.
Ashley brings her loyal, careful, and rational work ethic to her role as Controller here at Morgan Financial. Ashley leads the Support Department, overseeing Accounting, HR, IT, and Maintenance. With her background in property management and short-term vacation rentals, Ashley has been a valuable member of the Morgan Financial team since 2015.
Ashley is as local as it gets, with most of her family both from, and still residing in, Brevard County. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, sewing, and crocheting. Ashley lives by her philosophy on life in that it's not what you do, it's what you learn along the way.
As one of our Underwriting Assistants, Bethany processes all documents to prepare them for the Underwriters to review. An organized individual with a strong attention to detail, Bethany also reviews all documents to ensure accuracy and completeness for the Underwriters. Brett's dedicated, motivated, and disciplined work ethic makes him a perfect fit for his Research and Development role. Brett researches and implements valuable technologies for our organization so that we can provide our best service to our customers. Brett brings his background in legal case management and 5 years spent as a U.S. Army medic to his role and enjoys getting to work on new and different projects every day.

As one of our Loan Officers here at Morgan Financial, Daniel assists our clients in finding the best loan programs for their mortgage needs. This Florida native brings three years of experience in the Real Estate industry to his role, as well as a bachelor's degree in Real Estate and experience in residential construction here in Brevard County!

With a decade of experience in the United States Air Force, David founded Morgan Financial with a veteran-focused vision. He has spent over 20 years as an entrepreneur and 25 in the mortgage industry and is dedicated to providing the best possible loan experience to our customers through honesty and integrity.
When he's not overseeing the business, David values spending his time with his loving wife Yena, his sons Ben and Nick, and their husky Skai. Whether boating, fishing, snowboarding, scuba diving, mountain running, or hiking, David is always staying active. He enjoys continuing his education on all things science, especially quantum physics, and continuing aviation.

Derek and his wife, Deanne, live in Melbourne together with their two teenage boys, Jordan and Caden. In his spare time, he is an active member of the Church at Viera as well as a coach and board member at Space Coast United Soccer Club.

As one of our Loan Officer Assistants, Dominique spends her days gathering borrower documents for mortgage applications and preparing packages for loan approval. With her extensive experience in sales, Dominique approaches her role with her independent and empathetic nature, and with an emphasis on transparency. Her ultimate goal is to become a trusted Loan Officer and continue Morgan Financial's reputation in the local community.
Dominique has 20 years under her belt as a Veteran - 4 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and 16 years in the U.S. Air Force. Fun fact: her first VA mortgage was with Morgan Financial! When she's not at work, you can find Dominique mountain biking, running 5k's, or watching any crime series.
As Underwriting Team Lead here at Morgan Financial, Emily oversees managing the Underwriting Team and making sure clients are both quickly and properly served. Emily is a Certified Residential Underwriter and a VA/SAR Licensed Loan Originator, and most enjoys helping clients achieve their own American Dream.
Emily lives by her philosophy to live life to the fullest, and in her free time values baking, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. Emily enjoys giving back to the community, working with the Women's Center of Melbourne and our MF Cares team.

Gianna's outgoing, dependable, genuine characteristics make her an amazing Marketing Representative. This Florida native recently graduated from the University of South Florida, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. Gianna day to day activities includes creating genuine connections with local real estate agents and their clients. She's also our go to gal for all things events and presentations here at Morgan Financial.
When she isn't working, Gianna out adventuring, hanging with family and friends, going to the beach or snuggled up with a book.

Heather brings her prior experience as a Finance Manager and a Retail Banking Manager to her role here as Executive Assistant. Heather provides administrative and organizational support to our COO to ensure the company is running smoothly. She brings her determined, passionate, and creative work ethic and her Paralegal Certification from Weber State University to her role.
In her free time, Heather enjoys shopping, watching scary movies, sewing, and playing volleyball. She's previously done charity work with Soles4Souls, and speaks 4 languages: including French, Tagalog, and Japanese.

As one of our Business Development Representatives here at Morgan Financial, Jake spends his days acting as the middleman between our loan officers and real estate agents in the community, and educates South Brevard County on all things Morgan Financial. Jake brings his tenacious and energetic personality, as well as his entrepreneurial experience and Communications degree from Liberty University to his role.
Before settling down here in Morgan Financial, Jake grew up traveling the world with his Air Force veteran parents and has lived in many different countries. In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar and piano, serving at church, playing sports, and spending time outdoors.

Jennifer brings 25 years of Bookkeeping and Office Management experience to her role, as well as her upbeat, open-minded, and independent work ethic. She's works with our MF Cares team, and most enjoys Morgan Financial's culture of honesty and integrity, as well as opportunities to learn and improve.
In her spare time, Jennifer likes to spend time exploring the Sunshine State with her husband. Her hobbies include Ornamental Horticulture, birding, and recreational boating, and has lived on her boat for months at a time exploring.

As one of our Junior Underwriters, Jessica spends her days gathering any important data and documents from borrowers and third parties to compose a complete picture of the loan, and most enjoys putting the pieces of the puzzle together for our Underwriters. Jessica brings her analytical, quirky, and generous personality to her work as well as 4 years of experience in the banking industry.
When she's not at work, Jessica enjoys sewing costumes, reading, gardening, and running. Jessica values giving back to the community, and sponsors a little girl in Africa through World Vision as well as participating in various charity runs.

As a previous business owner and entrepreneur, Lindsay brings a wealth of direct knowledge and experience to the table as one of our exceptional business development representatives. Outside of Morgan Financial, Lindsay enjoys spending her free time with her family and two beautiful children, Tripp and Tess. As one of our Underwriter Assistants, Luke spends his days processing borrower documents to prepare them for Underwriting's initial look, and auditing sections of loan files for accuracy and completeness. Luke brings his honest, loyal, and adventurous work ethic to his role here at Morgan Financial. Having previously worked on the evaluation side of the real estate industry, Luke provides experience in reading and evaluating appraisals.

Mary's determined, dependable and welcoming personality, in addition to her 10 years in the industry, makes her a terrific Mortgage Loan Originator. Working with our clients to understand their needs and providing the best mortgage options is Mary's main objective. Melissa brings her background in the finance and loan industries to her role as Underwriting Assistant here at Morgan Financial. As one of the founders of Morgan Financial, starting a trustworthy mortgage bank is one of her proudest achievements.
She and David Morgan share a happy life together with their two sons and husky, Skai. In her free time when she's not studying for her doctrate or volunteering for organizations like the Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity, Yena enjoys running, playing tennis, and gardening.
