Mari Elena Frazier - COO

Mari Frazier obtained an AAS in Accounting and BBA in General Management from Bryant & Stratton College. She has been working in the finance sector for over 10 years. Started her career as a full-charge bookkeeper for MOR Consulting, then accepted a position as an Accounts Manager/Property Manager for a commercial real estate company, to being contracted for the United States Coast Guard in the Accounts Receivables department and finished her journey by working in the government for the United States Navy as a Financial Management Analyst.

María Isabel

María Isabel started her career in public accounting right out of college, working at a local CPA firm in Puerto Rico. That was the start of working closely with small business owners, and helping those businesses with their bookkeeping, payroll, and income tax needs. Once in the Hampton Roads area María Isabel had the opportunity to work with two of the locally larger CPA firms. These opportunities allowed her to learn from some of the top CPAs in the region and gain experience in various industries such as restaurants, hospitality, dealerships, and non-profit organizations. In 2004 she obtained her CPA license in Virginia. In 2010 she went into business on her own as she felt that the smaller businesses were being underserved by the larger firms that had substantially larger fees that smaller businesses could not afford; not to mention, representing them before the IRS. In 2013 she joined the MOR Consulting Services team which brought together so much knowledge and experience from both the internal accounting as well as the public accounting areas. María Isabel hopes to continue to help clients with their tax needs in the areas of individual, business, and not-for-profit areas. Helping clients to have the best outcome possible in their taxes is a passion of hers.

Nadiana Cruz

Nadiana ‘Nadia' Cruz graduated from high-school and was offered a position to begin her experience working in financial services. She assists with providing exceptional customer service and building our client's financial well-being.
