MVM-Mosaicos Venecianos de México®, the first glass mosaic manufacturer in America, was founded by Don Elpidio Perdomo in 1952 during the apogee of the Mexican mural movement. Diego Rivera, David Alfaro Siqueiros, Francisco Eppens and José Chávez Morado were among the visual artists who requested MVM to make the glass mosaics they required for their masterpieces.
