We help others to enjoy the myriad of benefits derived through active natural experiences, be they urban, rural, 1:1, group or community based. We do this by organising safe and rewarding activities with differing levels of challenge for individuals, groups, communities and organisations. By inspiring and supporting participants to live in the present they develop the resources and strength to create the future they want... We organise outdoor activities in the areas of West Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, East Lancashire and beyond, with an aim to improve the mental health and wellbeing of our participants.
