Dr. Angelita P. Howard, a native of Atlanta, GA, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance from Clayton State University. She earned a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Troy State University and Master of Arts in Teaching from Saint Leo University. She then received a doctorate degree in Education Administration from Nova Southeastern University, a Master of Business in Project Management and Graduate Certificate in Health Informatics. In addition to the scholarly training associated with her degrees, Dr. Howard has engaged in professional development related to online learning, assessment and planning, and student educational enhancement. Angelita currently serves as Assistant Dean for Online Education and Expanded Program where she is responsible for directing, overseeing, managing and implementing the full range of activities and duties necessary for the operation and ongoing development of online learning initiatives and programs associated with Morehouse School of Medicine. She works closely with Course Directors, Curriculum/Program Managers, Digital Learning and other college administrative personnel as required for the operation of the online division. In addition, she is responsible for 3rd year clerkship placement in rural areas, along with clinical affiliation expansion. Prior to this, Angelita served as Vice President forAcademic Program Development and Institutional Effectiveness and Planning. In this role, she directed research and institutional effectiveness activities concerned with educational enhancement programs, school governance, accreditation, and strategic planning. She also chaired the development of an accelerated Master of Business Administration program, co-chaired the program development for the Master of Science in Biotechnology and Master of Science in Health Informatics.

Faswilla Sampson has 10 years of experience in nonprofit management, program development, recruitment and strategic planning. As Vice President of Operations, Sampson optimizes PMC's systems, processes and personnel to accomplish the organization's objectives. She also oversees strategic planning and evaluates results to ensure that departmental and organizational objectives are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization. Prior to joining PMC, Sampson worked for the American Academy of Nursing's Building Academic Geriatric Nursing Capacity program, a John A. Hartford Foundation-funded initiative focused on advancing geriatric nursing research, education and practice. Sampson holds a B.A. from Mary Washington University and a master's degree from Central Michigan University.

Diagnosed with stage 3 KRAS lung cancer in January 2017, resulted in treatment then advocating for others. Information sharing, education and understanding the needs of all stakeholders involved with health care, including patients, is critical to advance and scale precision medicine across populations. Tricia leads sales & marketing programs for the genetic testing solutions business at Thermo Fisher, and develops precision medicine communications with external collaborators and industry partners. Tricia has worked at Thermo Fisher since 2001 and has held product management, market development, and business development positions for genetic sciences, drug discovery, field service & support, customer service and research & development functions. Tricia leads the Communications Sub-Committee for the Standardizing Laboratory Practices in Pharmacogenomics (STRIPE) Initiative, a collaborative community with participation by the U.S. FDA's Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH), established to accelerate the development of personalized medicine practices as the standard of care and resolve shared challenges in pharmacogenetics testing. She holds a M. Phil. in Gene Therapy and Molecular Medicine from the University of Manchester (UK) and a B. S. in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
