Bev has lived, worked and sold real estate in Sarasota since moving from the UK in 1999. She has been responsible for over $250million of real estate being bought, sold and built in the area, in conjunction with her sister company Murray Homes. Operating under the brokerage of Berkshire Hathaway, with their international reach, enables Bev to network properties at local, national and global levels and to maximize opportunities to market listings to reach larger markets than most local real estate companies. She is a specialist in luxury homes and estates and residential / vacant land purchasing, with a focus on waterfront real estate and properties that need expansion and renovation. Additionally she is a certified real estate negotiation expert (RENE) and a member of the National Association of Realtors, Global Business Council. Bev has an international reach in the UK and Europe and constantly keeps an eye on real estate marketing, technology and community trends in Sarasota and its every evolving status as a leading destination for relocation, leisure and retirement. Her personal approach and commitment to developing long-lasting relationships with clients and her ability to think outside the box when it comes to marketing a property and closing a deal are enhanced by specialized in house property marketing team and strong network of individuals and businesses whose expertise and attention to detail closely match those of the Murray Group. Bev graduated with a Bachelor of Honors degree in Modern Languages and Marketing followed by a post graduate diploma in Retail Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, England. Under Brett's guidance we have articulated a new Vision complete with Core Values, a marketing strategy and cultural practices that include short and long-term goals. This process has helped Murray Homes unify and identify ourselves better as an enterprise and as a family. Brett also provides executive coaching that strengthens our decision-making and hiring processes. His real expertise is in his experience and listening skills. Chris moved to Sarasota from Chicago in 2015. He left behind a career in officiating and coaching ice hockey to begin working in construction, and in the field that had always been a passion for him. He is an experienced lead carpenter, specializing in framing, exterior trim and large-scale remodels. He takes great pride in his work and enjoys collaborating clients and the Murray team to produce some of Sarasota's most stunning homes. He currently lives in Sarasota with his wife and two rescue dogs. In his free time, he is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time outside with family and friends.

Danette George

Danette offers 17 years of experience with an administration background in construction, and is the key point of contact for client communication and information between the design and construction teams. Working closely with the Project Managers and clients to ensure the project remains on schedule, and the desires of the homeowner are handled with precision and attention to every detail.

Elvin Fisher - COO

Elvin Fisher has been in the residential construction industry for over 35 years, garnering a wide range of industry expertise, including custom home building (in both PA and FL) and production home building. He has extensive experience in quality control, scheduling and planning, customer service, field operations and warranties. Originally from the central PA area, Elvin has 5 children and 10 grandkids. He and his wife relocated to FL in 2012 and they enjoy spending time on the beach and with family.

Jane Bennett - CMO

A 17 year resident of Sarasota, Jane Bennett is a seasoned marketing and communications strategist with a successful track record in North America and Europe. Jane is a founding owner for over 20 years of Be Creative, a US and UK based advertising, marketing, web, digital and social activation studio. She is a graduate of Marketing and Communications from the University of Brighton, UK. Jane's experience and expertise in marketing spans a wide variety of sectors including luxury brands and multi million dollar home and condo developments in Sarasota. She heads up the company's in house team and spearheads marketing strategies for Real Estate Services by Broker-Associate Bev Murray and Murray Homes, luxury waterfront home construction, sales and promotion.

Following a successful career in sales in the city of London, John began constructing custom homes in the 1970's. He moved to Sarasota in 1995 and began buying, building and selling waterfront homes on the Keys. A specialist in developing waterfront land, John's experience of this market over the last 22 years provides buyers with the confidence they require to take advantage of opportunities in this economy. John oversees the strategic elements of the company, including market positioning, financial management, and general business development. John enjoys sailing, golfing, and spending quality time with his five grandchildren.

KENIA GONZALEZ

Kenia was raised in Florida and studied accounting at Manatee Technical College Prior to joining Murray Homes as an Administrative Assistant, she worked for a building materials supplier for 6 yrs customer service for 10 yrs. Kenia is also the first friendly face that you see on arrival at the Murray Homes office.

Kyle Bradow

Kyle has worked for Murray Homes for over six years, having previously worked in commercial construction for 20 years. Kyle is the Murray Homes Superintendent for remodels, overseeing and assisting with the day to day running of projects.

Louise Beckwith

Louise was born and educated in England. Working for Hamptons International she gained valuable sales experience in the luxury real estate market. Louise has traveled extensively and lived for several years in Germany and Cyprus. Moving to the United States in 2000 with her military husband, Louise worked as a PreK and Kindergarten Teacher in Virginia Beach VA, before moving to Sarasota in 2020 and obtaining her Florida Real Estate License.

Meghan Connolly

Michelina joined the Murray Homes team with 12 years of accounting and administration experience in residential and commercial construction. "Mik" works with our clients, subcontractors and vendors to ensure that the financial aspects of our business such as job costing, payroll and accounts payable, run smoothly and efficiently. She also provides support for administrative and managerial tasks in the office.

Natalia Polakova

Natalia studied architectural design and engineering with a focus on interior design, which has always been her keen interest. She is fluent in English, Slovak and Czech. Her background is in administration and translations as well as customer service. She started with Murray Homes in hopes to expand her knowledge and experience in the construction industry, working under a well-established home builder. She is an administrative assistant, providing a helping hand to the accountant to help everything flow as efficiently as possible, greeting clients and keeping up to date with day to day tasks .

Sandra K Troyer

In her free time Sarah likes to garden, cook, travel with her husband, and play with her frisky American Akita, Miko.

Steve Murray - President

Since moving from London in 1999, where he ran a successful construction and real estate business, Steve has built Murray Homes into one of the most unique and qualified luxury home build, land development and waterfront construction companies in Sarasota. With a specialism in Bird Key, Longboat Key, Casey Key, Siesta Key, Lido Key, West of The Trail, and Lakewood Ranch, Steve's unique knowledge of residential waterfront and luxury home construction and renovation is second to none. Murray Homes has built over 120 exceptional homes and estates in the Sarasota area. Steve has an intimate knowledge of land engineering, design and construction, and can advise clients how to maximize the potential of any waterfront or residential lot to create the ultimate luxury new home. Steve's portfolio of past clients includes young professional families, retirees, sports professionals and Fortune 500 CEOs, many of whom have homes throughout the US and abroad. Steve and his wife Bev have three boys, Will, Jack and Oliver. They enjoy watching them play soccer, scuba dive, ski and sail. In his spare time, Steve races his Spec Miata at Sebring and Daytona through his race team SLR Motorsports.
