Mr.Chamacheril Abraham Mohan is a senior finance professional and Chartered Accountant, having passed Intermediate and Final Examinations securing 11th Rank (1974) and 13th Rank (1976) respectively. He was Vice Chairman and Managing Director of J Thomas & Co. Pvt. Ltd, the largest and oldest tea auctioneers in the world. He retired from the Company 31stMarch, 2015, after putting in 38 years of service and was consultant for the Company till 31st March, 2016. He was on the Board of Directors of J Thomas Finance Ltd., Tea Consultancy and Plantation Services (India) Ltd., and Tea Quotas Private Ltd. He was also Committee member of Tea Trade Association of Cochin, Calcutta Tea Trade Association and Cochin chamber of Commerce. Presently he is Partner of M/s. KJ Anto & Co., Cochin, a firm of Chartered Accountants and Director of Muthoot Securities Limited and Muthoot Forex Limited.

Eapen is an Executive Director in Muthoot Finance and oversees the IT, Analytics and Strategic Initiatives of Muthoot Finance and its subsidiaries. He is also a Director for Muthoot Finance's Affordable Home Loans subsidiary - Muthoot Homefin and is also a Director for Muthoot Finance's Vehicle Loans subsidiary - Muthoot Money. Additionally, he is also a Director for CRIF High Mark Credit Information Services Private Limited, a Credit Information Bureau. George Jacob Muthoot has a degree in civil engineering from Manipal University and is a businessman by profession. He is a member of the Trivandrum Management Association, the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (Trivandrum) and the Trivandrum Agenda Task Force. He is also a member of the Rotary Club, Trivandrum (South), governing body member of the Charitable and Educational Society of Trivandrum Orthodox Diocese, Ulloor, Trivandrum, Finance Committee Member, Mar Diocese College of Pharmacy, Althara, Trivandrum and Mar Gregorious Orthodox Christian Mercy Fellowship, Trivandrum. He has over three decades of experience in managing businesses operating in the field of financial services. He is one of the promoter to many Companies in ‘The Muthoot Group'.
Mr. Thomas John has graduated in Commerce (B.Com) and in Law (LL.B.) from Osmania University, also finished his Group I of Cost Accountancy. He is one of the founder Directors and presently the Chairman of The Professional Couriers group of Companies, which is a leading Courier, Express and Logistic group in India, since 1987. He was instrumental in the concept of Franchising the Network within the Courier Industry in India, thus empowered the Rural educated youth to become successful entrepreneurs. He has pioneered the Association for all the Courier Companies in India, while the founder and President of Telangana & AP Couriers Association (TS& AP CA). He is also presently heading the Federation of Indian Couriers Association (FICA), New Delhi, as its Senior Vice President. He was a Member in (RDTAC) Regional Direct Taxes Advisory Committee, Hyderabad, Department of Income Tax, and Government of India. Actively involved in the Chambers of Commerce in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and held various positions of importance. He is also actively involved in various Educational and Socio-Religious bodies of repute. He was conferred with 'Udyog Ratna" Award by Institute of Economic Studies, New Delhi in 2015 and has been presented with "National Industrial Excellence Award" by National Education & Human Resource Development Organization, Mumbai in 2013.
