​MCM is browser based in a variety of user packages according to your needs. 'Pay as you go' packages mean no long-term contracts, per-user fees or compatibility issues... Development of the MCM tool has been supported by the University of Sussex Enterprise Development Fund in collaboration with the Sussex Innovation Centre. We worked closely with Brighton-based digital applications developer DabApps to shape, what we hope you'll agree, is an industry leading decision analysis tool!... MCM focuses as much on 'opening up' as on 'closing down' a strategy or policy process. Users and collaborators gain a clear picture of how and why different perspectives vary on key issues and options - as well as the practical implications for decisions. Like other solutions MCM can be used to explore ‘average' values and an overall ‘best' picture, but the key benefit lies in helping to build a robust and detailed understanding of how this picture changes under different views and scenarios.
