MRM's philosophy is the import process should be handled by organisations/people who specialise in what they do. Shipping should be done by Shipping Lines (not freight forwarders) Clearance should be done by Customs Brokers (not freight forwarders) and wharf transport / delivery should be done by Transport Companies (not freight forwarders).
