We are a registered company with all legal documents to operate in Baguio City and nearby municipalities. Our team is composed of trustworthy and skilled professionals and tradesmen, offering services to property owners to make their investments work for them. As of October 2023, we are managing 40 building properties composed of 58 residential units, and 11 commercial stalls. Our satified tenants now number to more than 150. Also, we are entrusted with various farmlands, storage building, and farm lots. We are also managing Airbnb units, which we are labeled Superhost for most of the 8 years for quality service and accommodations.
