She was a Director at Telstra for over 13 years and during this time she led several of their largest businesses. Prior to Telstra she was the Regional Director for Ericsson Enterprise for Asia Pacific where she managed some of their most significant markets. She has delivered organisational integration, transformation and growth, primarily within large multi-national enterprises. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Agnes is passionate about health and was a director on the Board of Mercy Health for nine years. Agnes is highly engaged with the Australian Catholic community and, in November 2018, was appointed a Lieutenant of The Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem

Bryan McLoughlin

Bryan McLoughlin commenced the position of National Director, Customer and Communication in June 2022. Bryan joined Calvary in 2015, and since then has worked in a number of executive and leadership roles across residential aged care, community care and the NSW/QLD region. During this time, he has brought extensive industry acumen and developed a strong knowledge of the Calvary organisation and delivery of our Mission. Bryan played a strong leadership role in the due diligence process, and has continued to provide a valuable contribution throughout the integration of the former Japara Homes into the Calvary family. The immediate priorities for Bryan will include embedding the Customer and Communication structure for the organisation, launching the revised Calvary Brand, and continuing to improve the customer experience for our residential aged care services.

Chris Hogarth

Chris holds the titles of Professorial Fellow, College of Medicine and Public Health at the Flinders University of South Australia and Adjunct Professor, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, at the University of Adelaide. He has held positions as Director of Emergency Medicine at the Flinders Medical Centre, at the Ashford Community Hospital and subsequently at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. He was CEO of the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care from 2007-2011. Chris was Chief Medical Officer for the South Australian Government from 2005-2007 and was Chief Medical Officer for the Australian Government from 2011 to 2016. During his time as CMO for Australia he undertook several roles with the World Health Organization. He is currently a member of the WHO Independent Oversight and Advisory Committee for the World Health Emergencies Program. He is Deputy Chair of the Australian Pancreatic Cancer Foundation (PanKind) Board and a member of the Australian Red Cross Lifeblood Board. He serves on several clinical governance committees for health service organisations.

David Allison

With over 35 years' experience , including 20 years' of senior leadership across a broad range of ASX-listed and Private Equity organisations, David brings a breadth and depth of expertise in the financial and corporate services arena. Prior to joining Calvary, David had worked at Healthscope for over 20 years, with his most recent role being Deputy Chief Financial Officer. David holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a Fellow of CPA Australia. He is a Non-Executive Director of a Not-For-Profit community based pharmacy group.

Dr Tracey Tay

Dr Tracey Tay was appointed to the role of Chief Medical Advisor in January 2022. With over 35 years' experience as a practicing clinician, Dr Tay brings to Calvary extensive practical knowledge of the health system, experience in policy and strategy development and the development of innovative models of care, experience in virtual care and clinical leadership. Dr Tay has held roles in clinical innovation and redesign since 2008, supporting clinicians and managers to redesign their services to improve care for their patients and clients. Alongside her clinical work as a specialist anaesthetist at the John Hunter Hospital, Newcastle, Dr Tay was the Clinical Executive Director of the CATALYST Directorate at the NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI). The Directorate covers a broad range of statewide clinical networks improving care for people across NSW including Paediatrics, Maternity and Neonatal, Violence, Abuse and Neglect, Aged Health, End of Life and Palliative Care, Virtual Care, Aboriginal Chronic Care, Mental Health and Emergency Care. Dr Tay has a Bachelor of Medicine from the University of Newcastle; Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists; a Master of Health Policy from the University of Sydney; and is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Katrina Cunningham - Chief Legal Officer

Katrina was appointed to her role as General Counsel in March 2023, bringing to Calvary over 20 years' experience in the health sector holding both clinical and commercial positions, across public, private and not-for-profit organisations. Katrina joins Calvary from her previous role as a Partner at MinterEllison, Australia's largest law firm, with a commercial and regulatory focused health industry practice. Prior to this, Katrina worked as in-house legal counsel at Ramsay Health Care for 14 years, holding the position of General Counsel and Company Secretary for 7 of those years. In her role at Ramsay Health Care, she was deeply involved with the Executive in establishing and guiding the company's strategy. Katrina's key responsibilities include managing the legal function whilst supporting Calvary's growth strategy and ensuring the organisation is well-placed to respond to changes in the legal and regulatory environments.

Kerryn Vine-Camp

Kerryn joined Calvary in January 2021. Kerryn has had an extensive career in the Australian Public Service working in several Senior Executive positions across the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications; Department of Health; Department of Immigration and Border Protection; Department of Energy and Climate Change; and Department of Defence. Kerryn is also a Certified HR Practitioner (CPHR) with the Australian HR Institute (AHRI). With a solid background in the corporate domain, Kerryn brings to Calvary experience with managing financial processes, risk, audit and governance and specialist human resource management. Kerryn holds a Master of Arts in Public Sector Leadership, a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management Program and a Diploma of Business Management.

Kris Salisbury

Kris is responsible for establishing and monitoring the clinical governance function across Calvary's aged, community, acute public and private hospitals. This includes development of policy and procedures, clinical best practice and quality systems to improve patient, resident and client safety, experience and outcomes. Recent projects have included development of ward to board reporting and dashboard development, the introduction of Lippincott procedures and the Speak Up for Safety Program. Kris is the Chair of the National Pandemic Management Committee and has played a significant role in Calvary's preparation and responsiveness to the COVID-19 situation. Kris commenced her career with Calvary in October 2010 as the Director of Clinical Services at Calvary North Adelaide Hospital, followed by her appointments as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Clinical Services at Calvary Rehabilitation Adelaide Hospital in April 2012. In April 2015, Kris relocated to Sydney to take up the position of National Manager Clinical Services and was appointed to the National Director Clinical Governance role in June 2019. Kris holds a Bachelor in Health Science (Nursing) and Masters in Business Administration.

Mark Green

Mark brings a diverse experience to Calvary with his background in secondary education, refugee and immigration law, international aid and development, strategic planning, organisational formation and social justice. Mark developed and introduced a national framework for the governance of Calvary's mission (Mission Accountability Framework) including mechanisms for regularly reporting to and engaging Board and Trustees in the governance and stewardship of Calvary's mission. He has developed a discernment framework to guide major decision making and introduced formation programs and tools to support Calvary's Directors and Executives. Presently, Mark is supporting Calvary to develop a national Reconciliation Action Plan, strengthen the safeguarding of children and adults at risk and address the risks of modern slavery in supply chains. Mark sponsors Calvary's Celebrating Excellence in End of Life Care Campaign which aims to increase public awareness and promote approaches to end of life care which communicate that each and every life matters, is gift and is intrinsically valuable at every moment, in death and thereafter. Prior to joining Calvary in 2014, he was the Head of Mission and People at Caritas Australia. Mark's skills are in leadership, strategic planning, organisational management, formation, theological reflection and organisational development. He has degrees in Economics, Law and Theology, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Education. Mark is a Justice of the Peace (NSW). He chairs the CHA Mission and Identity Committee and is a member of the Plunkett Centre for Ethics' management committee.

In the Australian Government, Martin was Deputy Secretary in the Department of Defence and then Climate Change, and then Secretary of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection. Martin's last appointment was as Secretary of Health from October 2014 to September 2017. During his public service career, Martin played an integral role in changes across the health sector, including the significant recent reforms to government funding for public hospitals in Australia, to generate greater efficiency, safety and quality in our hospital system. Richard is responsible for Calvary's ICT function and leading the organisation's Digital Strategy. Richard brings to Calvary over 20 years' experience in the health sector, with a background in pharmacy and health informatics. In his most recent role as Executive Director Digital Health/Chief Information Officer of Sydney Local Health District, Richard was responsible for digital strategy and IT services, leading a team of health informatics and IT professionals who were responsible for the largest electronic medical record in Australia, as well as a diverse portfolio of clinical, research and corporate applications. Richard also has a number of research interests, is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Sydney, an Associate Investigator on a MRFF COVID-19 Digital Health Infrastructure project and a chief investigator on two Digital Health CRC projects. In addition to this, Richard is the Chair of the Australian Stroke and Heart Research Accelerator (ASHRA), a Medical Research Future Fund initiative to foster collaboration, innovation and research translation with pharma, medtech, academia and the health sector. Wendy Hughes

Wendy joined Calvary in September 2018 as the Regional Chief Executive Officer of NSW Hospitals, and was appointed as National Chief Financial Officer in August 2019, with responsibility for leadership of Calvary's financial services. Wendy has played a significant role in the negotiation of the state governments' financial viability payments enabling our private hospitals to continue operating throughout the challenging time of COVID-19. Her previous roles include Acting Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Secretary Financial Services and Asset Management at the NSW Ministry of Health, where she led the Health Cluster budget process, financial performance, implementation of the NSW Government's financial management transformation initiative and development of the NSW Ministry of Health's ICT Strategy and Roadmap. In a prior Ministry role, as Executive Director System Relationships and Frameworks, Wendy was also instrumental in the development and implementation of the current framework for governing financial and non-financial performance across NSW public hospitals, including the negotiation of activity-based funding agreements with the Local Health Districts. She has also held Chief Financial Officer roles at the former Northern Sydney Central Coast Area Health Service, Sydney Ferries Corporation and The Australian Institute of Music. She also holds a Bachelor of Business and is a Fellow of CPA Australia Wendy has over 20 years' senior executive experience across a broad range of financial, corporate services and clinical support functions and transitioned into her current role as National Chief Operations Officer on 24 February 2023.

Yvonne Le Bas

Yvonne's financial services experience spans both Banking and Wealth Management, working for two of the major Australian Banks across a range of roles CFO, COO, General Manager, Strategic Development and major program delivery. With a proven track record of delivering improved financial performance, heightened productivity and enhanced controls, Yvonne's forward thinking plays a crucial role in influencing strategy. She is passionate about the impact of emerging technologies, constantly seeking application opportunities, both commercially and internally. Having acted as Treasurer for over seven years, in November 2016 Yvonne was appointed Chairp of The Ireland Funds Australia.
