Adam T. Belsey

Mr. Belsey is a junior associate attorney in our Estate Planning, Trusts, and Probate practice. He provides thorough, efficient, and individually tailored plans to fit the needs of every client. In reaching those goals, Mr. Belsey is committed to helping you understand the fundamentals of estate planning and trust administration and the value of planning for your future and the future of your loved ones. Prior to moving to San Diego, Mr. Belsey spent his entire adult life in the San Francisco Bay Area. He attended Santa Clara University School of Law part time while working as a Police Dispatcher and was awarded CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for Property and Criminal Law. While attending law school Mr. Belsey also participated in the Northern California Innocence Project Student Law Clinic, dedicated to obtaining freedom for innocent people in prison, and served as an editor for the Santa Clara Law Review.

Mary J. Naimish

Mary J. Naimish is a founding partner of Naimish & Lewis, APC. Ms. Naimish brings to her clients dedication and the expertise she has gained as a family law and trusts and estates attorney for almost 30 years. Ms. Naimish was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Her father was a lawyer in Canada, and she worked at his office in the summertime during her university years when she was not enjoying sports and the Rocky Mountains. After passing the California Bar Exam in 1994, Ms. Naimish discovered that practicing in family law and trusts and estates law uniquely afforded her the opportunity to help clients during times of need and develop expertise in crossover related issues between the two practice areas. With unwavering commitment to expanding her knowledge base in her area of practice, Ms. Naimish has received her credential as a Certified Family Law Specialist by the California State Bar. Ms. Naimish has devoted her career to helping families in all areas of family law including divorce, legal separation, domestic partnerships, child custody, child and spousal support, paternity, domestic violence and collections. She also devotes time to drafting and reviewing premarital and post-marital agreements and has experience in mediation and collaborative law. In addition, she has a crossover practice in trusts and estates administration and estate planning, along with experience in guardianships and conservatorships. When she is not working, Ms. Naimish enjoys nature, hiking, birdwatching, walking, ebike rides and travel. Ms. Nataly Perez

Ms. Nataly Perez has lived most of her life in Southern California. She is a certified paralegal with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from California State University in San Bernardino. Nataly previously assisted law firms specializing in Family Law, Civil Law, and Debt Collection. New to San Diego, Perez acquired her paralegal certificate from San Diego Miramar College shortly before joining Naimish & Lewis in the spring of 2021. As a California native Nataly Perez has always given back to her community. She often works closely with victims of domestic violence as well as childcare through outreach organizations. Ms. Perez was inspired to pursue a career in criminal justice while working with children, women and men who experienced crime or abuse. Nataly dedicates her time by furthering her legal experience with the hope of providing for those in need. Her interests include spending time outdoors at the beach, planning traveling adventures, staying physically fit, and spending time with family. Robert J. Allison

Mr. Allison is an Associate Attorney at Naimish & Lewis, APC. He is passionate about providing clients with effective one-on-one counseling through superior communication. His proven skill set builds trust to help clients navigate the complexities of family law and clearly understand their rights and obligations in order to make informed decisions. Mr. Allison received his Juris Doctorate from the UC Hastings College of Law, San Francisco in 2016 and was awarded cum laude for his excellence in law. Mr. Allison practiced civil litigation prior to joining Naimish & Lewis, APC in 2017, obtaining extensive experience taking depositions of opposing parties. He represents clients in a diversity of family law matters, including dissolution and legal separation, child custody and visitation, domestic violence, asset division, pre-marital agreements, and post-judgment matters. His clients value his strategy and expertise in navigating parental disputes and allegations of abuse, including his preparation of clients for Family Court Services Recommending Counseling. Robert is an outgoing and adventurous person who enjoys exploring his local community with his camera (he is the unofficial firm photographer). He also enjoys reading, meditating, weight lifting, basketball, and enjoying shows often (music, comedy, and broadway). He is dabbling in West Coast Swing dancing and Kung Fu. Sam Tari

Mr. Tari is a junior associate in our Estate Planning, Trusts, and Probate Practice. Mr. Tari is committed to helping his clients plan for the future and navigate the complexities of the probate court. Mr. Tari understands that each client is an individual with their own specific set of circumstances. Mr. Tari is dedicated to understanding each client's needs in order to provide the best representation possible. Mr. Tari received his J.D. from the University of San Diego in 2022. During his time at the University of San Diego, he participated in the immigration law clinic at the University of San Diego, providing legal assistance to lower-income individuals with immigration-related matters. Mr. Tari also interned at the California Office of Tax Appeals, working under Administrative Law Judges to help resolve tax disputes. Sam is a San Diego native. In his free time, Sam enjoys surfing, snowboarding, golfing and traveling.

Sunny Elmore

Sunny Elmore, C.P., received her BA in History with a minor in Law and Society from the University of California, San Diego. She started her paralegal career at the San Diego District Attorney's Office in 2010, where she spent a year as part of the Lifer Unit, preparing comprehensive materials for submission by the Supervising Deputy District Attorneys to the parole board opposing parole on serious murder cases. After spending three years with Higgs Fletcher & Mack LLP, Sunny joined Naimish & Lewis, APC in 2014 to aid in all Family Law and Trust and Estate related matters. Since Sunny joined the firm, the attorneys at Naimish & Lewis have been able to serve their clients even more effectively and devote more time to mediating complex family law matters. Sunny's education and unique experience makes her an indispensable asset to the firm's family law and probate practice, as clients directly benefit from Sunny's experience of providing clients with compassion and patience as they are going through an emotionally trying time. Sunny graduated with honors from the UCSD Extensions ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate Program in 2010 and obtained her Certified Paralegal designation from NALA in July of 2011. When she is not assisting family law client's at Naimish & Lewis, Sunny spends her time fostering senior dogs and is the Adoption Event Coordinator for Lionel's Legacy, a senior dog rescue based in San Diego. She also enjoys practicing martial arts with her teenage daughter.
