Prior to his arrival, her held the same title at other Lifepoint hospitals such as Haywood Regional Medial Center in North Carolina and Bolivar Medical Center in Mississippi. He has also had stops in Illinois, Kansas and Oklahoma. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M.

Russell Pigg joined Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital as Chief Executive Office in the spring of 2012. In April 2015, he was appointed North Alabama Market President with oversight of both, Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital, Florence, AL and Shoals Hospital, Muscle Shoals, AL. Mr. Pigg holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Business from David Lipscomb University and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama Birmingham. He formerly served as Chief Executive Officer, Dyersburg Regional Medical Center, Dyersburg, TN and Chief Operating Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer, Gateway Medical Center, Clarksville, TN.

Terri Harris, RN, BSN, MPH joined the leadership team at NAMC in 2020 as Chief Nursing Officer. Terri has an extensive healthcare background with more than 30 years' experience. Terri moved to the Shoals from Mississippi, where she served as CNO at Merit Health River Region in Vicksburg.
