Esther Mokwena is the sole Director of New Beginnings Recruitment. She has 10 years experience in the recruitment industry. Her recent exposure to the recruitment of people with disabilities has led to her passion for helping people with disabilities access sustainable employment opportunities. This has become the driving force behind the PWD project. It is also her mission to shine a light on the issues affecting those in most need and for people with disabilities to be seen and treated as equal to their peers.
