Aaron Kelley is the president of UpSlope Advisors (an 8(A) Professional engineering services company), a founder of GeoDapt (A Geospatial consulting firm), a Geospatial Advocate, and a GOVCON small business crusader. For nearly two decades, Aaron has supported the Department of Defense providing mission-critical INtelligence support and solutions. Aaron is a Certified GEOINT Professional, PMP, and Product manager. He is an active member of multiple geospatial and GOVCON boards and organizations such as: Aaron is a proud graduate of Morgan State University (Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering) and Michigan State University (Master of Science, Electrical Engineering). When Aaron is off-the-clock, Aaron is a loving & devoted husband and father of two (Naomi and Miles). Also, he is a seasoned triathlete/Ironman and obstacle course competitor.

Corey Holeman

Corey Holeman has 20 years of business management, entrepreneurial and executive experience in a variety of fields. His business pursuits include the areas of Financial Management, Restaurant Services, Management Consulting, and Event Planning. Corey's early career in the investing industry culminated with him serving as the Portfolio Manager of 5 funds at The Vanguard Group, totaling in $5 billion in assets. Corey's financial expertise led him to a position of CFO with a management company which owned and operated 25 restaurants. Corey & his wife Courtney later branched out on their own and grew from 1 to 6 restaurants over a 5 year period. In 2008, Corey helped lead the turnaround of National Conferencing, a federal contracting firm which has ranked #2 on the Inc 500's list of the fastest growing companies in 2013. As a small angel investor, Corey continues to feed his entrepreneurial passion by consulting and investing in business across several fields, including health care, technology, and food distribution companies. Corey is committed to the growth of small minority owned businesses through operational excellence and financial prudence. Mr. Holeman received his Bachelors Degree in Finance from James Madison University, and holds an MBA from Penn State University. Corey has received numerous awards and recognitions for leadership positions and excellence throughout his career. He is a proud member of First Mount Zion Baptist Church. Jameel A. Scott

Jameel A. Scott is an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker, where he leads a team of agents, known as the JTR Team, located in Northern Virginia. His team has consistently been recognized as one of the leading real-estate teams in the state of Virginia. Additionally, Mr. Scott is a real estate instructor with Moseley Real Estate School, where he teaches several classes on various topics. In addition to his profession in real estate, he owns an investment partnership whereby he pools funds with other investors to invest in the financial market. He is also an audit specialist with the U.S. Government. For his own empowerment and edification, Jameel earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Morehouse College. Soon after graduating with his undergraduate degree, he attended and graduated from Drew University where he earned a Master of Theological Studies. He later attended the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn), where he studied Education Policy while working at the Wharton Business School. Upon graduating with his Masters in Higher Education Policy from UPenn, he continued to earn an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Education Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. To top off his academic credentials he earned a Graduate Certificate from Georgetown University in Business Administration. Jameel has served on boards in the DC Metro area. He has served on First Book DC Board, a nonprofit working to provide books and resources to students in the DC area, in addition to serving on the Ira Dorsey Foundation Board, which raises funds to provide scholarships to students from the area to attend college. Jameel loves to spend time with his beautiful wife Lakeisha Scott and two young sons Thomas and Anderson Scott. He enjoys watching basketball- and believe it or not- reading about the financial market and analyzing trends and predictions in the real estate market. And when he can get outside, he relishes riding his bike.

Jocelyn Johnson

Jocelyn Johnson is the CEO of Trillium & Lotus Whole Body Wellness LLC. Jocelyn is a Clinical Nutritionist, CNS (Clinical Nutrition Specialist), LDN (Licensed Dietetic Nutritionist), and Therapeutic Herbalist. She has a life-long love of cooking, making her first meal at age 5, a simple meal, scrambled eggs with buttered toast. Her family's beliefs reinforced her knowledge of food and nutrition around home-cooked meals with a variety of vegetables invigorated her passion for nutrition and food. Jocelyn sought a new career path after a life-changing health event in January 2011. She began to heal herself with food, increasing her energy levels and reducing a long list of ailments and symptoms. Once Jocelyn realized how powerful diet was, she sought out a career in nutrition. She attended Bastyr University and earned her BS in Nutrition/Culinary Arts. In 2019 Jocelyn earned two master's degrees in Clinical Nutrition and Therapeutic Herbalism from Maryland University of Integrated Health (MUIH). She uses her knowledge of nutrition (food) and herbal medicine to help her clients to reduce symptoms by using her knowledge of functional nutrition. Jocelyn is passionate about helping her clients to attain their health goals. By giving her clients the skills and expertise, they need to shop and prepare foods to improve their overall health. More recently, Jocelyn guest lectured about healing foods pre/post oral surgery at Howard University School of Dentistry. Jocelyn enjoys reading nutritional biochemistry books, painting (neuro-graphic art), creating recipes, and cooking healthful meals in her spare time. In addition, she loves to peruse evidence-based nutrition and medical journals, searching for the latest research on food and nutrients to help her growing nutrition clientele. Jocelyn is also the creator of Elliot James Naturals, a natural haircare & skincare line.

LeAnn White

LeAnn White began her career in banking as a teller over 17 years ago. Throughout that time she held various positions working her way up to where she is today, AVP Business Development Officer. Her years of experience within the banking industry has provided her with a wealth of knowledge and growth within the commercial sector. She loves educating business owners on how to navigate the best possible banking solutions for their business as well as meeting and connecting likeminded individuals. In addition to assisting business owners with their overall banking needs, she enjoys volunteering with outside organizations such as previous Secretary with the Fauquier County NAACP, Chairwoman of the Events Committee with the Northern Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce and Ambassador with the Hylton Performing Arts Center. His expertise in the management of projects, people, and resources spans both private and government sectors. Sam's distinguished career includes extensive government service. He has worked for the Central Intelligence Agency, the Department of Defense, and the Environmental Protection Agency. He was a United States Federal Agent from 2002 to 2017. During that time, he served as the Special Agent in Charge of an executive protection detail for a member of the President's cabinet; worked with the National Joint Terrorism Task force; and served as the Associate Administrator for the Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Homeland Security. His other roles have included: Former President, Student Housing of America, Inc. Member, Greater Washington Urban League Member, Association of Minority Enterprises New York - Upstate Member, Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association Mr. Wiggins received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern University and A&M College. Prior to his federal service, he worked as the Executive Director of the Virginia High-Tech Partnership (VHTP) from June 1997-August 2009. Scott was born in Washington, DC and raised in Mount Vernon, VA. He graduated in 1993from the University of Virginia. After graduation, Scott joined Nation's Bank (now Bank of America) in their management-training program and worked in Richmond, VA; Danville, VA; and Washington, DC before joining Senator Mark Warner's organizations. Scott is currently a Trustee at New Bethel Baptist Church; Board Member, Northern Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce; Board Member, Northern Virginia Community College Education Foundation; former Class President &Trustee, University of Virginia Class of 1993; Board Member, NOVA Parks; Board Member, Virginia Lottery; Board Member, Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce; Founder and President, Capital Investment Club; Board Member, Skill Source Group; Treasurer and Board of Governor Member, Departmental Progressive Club; former Senior Class President, Mount Vernon High School and Scott is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Tonya White is President and CEO of The Write Touch Professional Writing & Consulting Services LLC (The Write Touch LLC) as well as Founder and Executive Director of TMK Staffing & Recruiting. Before her entrepreneurial endeavors, Tonya faithfully served in her career with the US Federal Government for 21 years, where she discovered her passion for communications and leading others to success. Tonya's service with the Federal Government occurred at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. During that time, she held many roles; however, serving as Communications Program Manager for Counterintelligence and Insider Threat allowed her to heighten her remarkable skills in written communication. It became her purpose to give a voice to those who felt they were unable to be seen or heard. This new purpose led her to create her business, The Write Touch LLC. The Write Touch LLC granted Tonya the freedom to guide others on their journey to success and help them find their unique voice. Communication became more than words. It became the ability to find the independence they had been seeking through clarity. TMK Staffing & Recruiting was later formed to give clients another avenue to become successful as they continued to grow into their purpose. Tonya received her Bachelor's degrees from the University of Maryland University College and the University of Phoenix. She then obtained her Master of Arts in Communications at Liberty University. Above all, Tonya enjoys the love of her three beautiful children, Tiana, Michael, and Keira. They are her true legacy. Tonya is honored to be a part of such a professionally governed chamber. As a new Northern Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors member, she looks forward to using her voice, skills, talents, and resources to give back to her community.
