Ahmad Tabbara is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and brings a wealth of knowledge to The Y Factor. Ahmad has a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Texas at Austin, A bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Houston, and a Masters degree in family nursing practice from Texas Woman's University.
Ahmad has spent the last three years working as an ER nurse where he learned to empathize with patients and understand their needs in the most pressure-filled situations.
Trained under Dr. Russel Williams, M.D. and Dr. Tristan Grimaldo, DNP, Ahmad is ready to provide the best possible care to every patient at The Y Factor by executing our standard of care with his unique ability to connect with patients.
Outside of work, Ahmad's hobbies include playing basketball with his friends, working out in the gym, and playing board games with his siblings.

Benancio Martinez Jr is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and brings a wealth of experience to The Y Factor team. Benancio is the lead medical provider at the Tomball and Woodlands locations and brings to The Y Factor 10 years of nursing experience obtained through the emergency departments of the VA and Kingwood medical centers, as well as clinical experience in family practice, hematology, and oncology.
In 2009, Benancio graduated with honors from TWU with a Bachelor's of Science and a major in nursing (BSN). He was also recognized and invited into the international honor society of nursing. In 2017, he earned a Master's of Science (MSN) degree from TWU as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Trained under Dr. Russel H. Williams, M.D. and Dr. Tristan Grimaldo, DNP, his goal is to provide the best possible care for all his patients by listening to their concerns and performing thorough evaluations. He is committed to excellence and is determined to help men achieve their optimal level of health.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children. He values family life and enjoys activities such as mountain biking, hunting, and fishing. He is also fluent in Spanish and is ecstatic to be a part of The Y Factor team.

Kyle Garrow is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC). Kyle earned his bachelor's degree in nursing from Sam Houston State University and a Master's degree in family nursing practice from Houston Baptist University.
Kyle has 5 years of emergency room nursing experience, including 3 years of travel nurse experience, affording him the opportunity to travel across the country in an RV with his wife.
Trained under Dr. Russel Willams, M.D. and Dr. Tristan Grimaldo, DNP, Kyle is ready to provide top notch care to every patient at The Y Factor by executing our standard of care with his unique ability to connect with patients.
Kyle and his wife have been on a fertility journey of their own, heightening his empathy for what his patients are going through. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, playing softball, working out in the gym and traveling.

Mike Manis is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a master's of science in nursing.
Mike brings 8 years of nursing experience to The Y Factor. He graduated with honors in 2012, cum laude, with a bachelor of science in nursing. He was also inducted into the national honor society and also received the honorary Dean's Award. He worked in the area of emergency medicine at Houston Methodist, a Magnet Hospital. While there, he pioneered advanced educational nursing programs, received honorary rewards, and became a certified emergency nurse.
In 2020, Mike earned his master's degree as a family nurse practitioner to advance his career. Mike was also class president of his graduating class of 2020.
When he isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his family. His hobbies include lifting weights, being outdoors, and reading. He is also an active member of his local church.

Dr. Williams is a member of both the American Urological Association and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. He was also an adjunct associate professor of urology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.

Timothy Bui is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and brings a wealth of experience to The Y Factor team. Timothy is the lead medical provider at the Webster location and brings 5 years of nursing experience as well as clinical experience in family practice, urgent care medicine, and men's urological health.
In 2017, Timothy graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Nursing in Houston with a Master of Science (MS) as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Trained under Dr. Russel H. Williams M.D and Dr. Tristan Grimaldo DNP, his goal is to provide the best possible care for all his patients by listening to their concerns and performing thorough evaluations. He is detailed oriented and committed to excellence and has a passion for helping men achieve their optimal level of health.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, being involved in his local church, fishing, and playing basketball. He also speaks Vietnamese and is excited to be a part of The Y Factor.

Tristan Grimaldo is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a clinical doctorate specializing in reproductive urology.
Dr. Grimaldo brings seven years of nursing experience to The Y Factor team. He gained years of experience through the Memorial Hermann Healthcare system in the following clinical settings: medical surgical, telemetry, emergency department, orthopedics, trauma, surgery, observation, intermediate care unit and oncology.
Dr. Grimaldo graduated in 2009 with an Associate of Science in nursing from Lonestar College. In 2012, he graduated in the top twenty percent of his class, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science in nursing. He was also inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, the international honor society of nursing. In 2015, he graduated with his master's degree as a family nurse practitioner from TWU. In 2017, Dr. Grimaldo completed his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), a clinical doctorate specializing in reproductive urology. In 2020, Dr. Grimaldo also completed his post-master's degree for Health Systems Management & Administration (MHSM).
Dr. Grimaldo was recognized and awarded as the Most Outstanding Doctoral Student of 2017 from TWU and was inducted into the honor society Epsilon Omega Epsilon. He is also an adjunct professor for TWU and teaches students at the graduate level.
Outside of work, Dr. Grimaldo is an avid fitness junkie and enjoys lifting weights, running and playing basketball. He also has a passion for all things car and runs a popular YouTube channel featuring some of his cars that you can check out here.
