Christopher Foust

Christopher Foust serves as the Vice President of Digital Marketing & Strategy at Northpoint Recovery. In this role, Christopher oversees the management and growth of the brand through digital lead generation and content development. A graduate of Purdue University, his marketing career has spanned the entertainment, agency, allied health, and behavioral healthcare industries building marketing teams and scaling digital footprints for all sizes of organizations. Christopher is a Nashville native where he is active in the songwriting community. He is also an ex-competitive boxer, and sits on the board of the non-profit organization, The Boxing Resource Center.

Dr. Trevor Bixler

Dr. Trevor Bixler serves as Vice President for Clinical Services for Northpoint Recovery and Imagine by Northpoint. Dr. Bixler oversees the clinical care and services which Northpoint and Imagine by Northpoint provides. Dr. Bixler has a background as a psychologist practicing in integrated behavioral medicine, lifespan development, and family therapy. Dr. Bixler works with Northpoint teams to deliver services with high quality, fidelity, and effectiveness.

Logan R. Stroud

Logan R. Stroud joined Northpoint Recovery in February 2019 as Vice President in the Washington market. In this role, Logan is responsible for day-to-day operations in Washington, ensuring Northpoint facilities maintain focus on positive patient outcomes and helping guide new growth opportunities. With a master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Logan has spent more than 13 years in the healthcare industry. Most recently, he was an operations executive at Washington-based Providence St. Joseph Health and was responsible for overseeing multiple facilities and teams focused on patient rehabilitation and medical management. What appealed to Logan about Northpoint is its ability to make impactful differences in the lives of patients and the potential for expanding that sphere of impact in Washington. "This organization is poised to make big and positive impacts on communities and it's satisfying on a personal and professional level to be a part of something like that." Outside the workplace, Logan enjoys spending time with his family exploring the plentiful outdoor activities available in the Pacific Northwest.

Nycole Thomas

As Director of Patient Services, Nycole is responsible for oversight of Northpoint's medical departments in Idaho and Washington. A registered nurse with experience ranging from hospice to corrections, Nycole played a significant role in the planning and implementation of Northpoint Recovery treatment center in 2015 and in growing and developing medical teams in both states.

Patrick Wilder

Patrick Wilder is a dynamic executive with over 20 years' experience in behavioral health and substance use recovery service operations. Patrick has a proven record of assisting organizations in achieving operational success, maintaining regulatory compliance, and improving patient care. He exhibits excellent critical thinking skills and leadership acumen. Patrick brings a breadth of knowledge and passion for patient care. He applies a background in hospital operations, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, and risk management to this cause. Patrick has participated in the development of a competency based, evidenced informed model for conducting suicide risk assessments. In this role, Patrick has collaborated directly with members of the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention and the Suicide Prevention Resource Center to develop a training program and a model for regional rollout to over 150 inpatient facilities. Mr. Wilder uses the experience gained from previous positions with Universal Health Services, Kaiser Permanente, and Trinity Health. Mr. Wilder has accomplished successful projects which address quality and cost benefit including Chair of a hospital capacity management project: "Cost Benefit Analysis of a Dedicated Social Worker to an Emergency Department." He was the author of a grant from Novartis Pharmaceuticals used to defray costs of a children's day treatment program. As a passionate and dynamic communicator Mr. Wilder takes seriously the challenge of helping organizations face emerging quality of care demands. He thrives on the challenge of assisting executive leadership teams with creative solutions for facing those demands. In addition to holding a Master of Social Work, he has certification as a Joint Commission Accreditation Professional and holds a certificate in Corporate Health Care Compliance from George Washington University's School of Public Health. In his free time Patrick is an enthusiastic cyclist. Previously Patrick competed nationally for Moots Cycles as a member of their "Grass Moots" ambassador program. Patrick considers himself lucky to call the Pacific Northwest home and when not traveling he can usually be found on an undisclosed river with a fly rod in hand.
