David Linder - EVP

Mr. Linder has 25 years of experience in managing, directing and controlling various business entities. He was formerly President and Chief Financial officer for Western Synthetic Felt Co., a division of Griffon Corp., a New York Stock Exchange company. In addition, he previously served as West Coast Controller and Operations Manager for Griffon. Mr. Linder is a graduate of New York University School of Business and has seven years of accounting and auditing experience.

Michael Berman

Mr.Berman has over 20 years experience in accounting performing various positions for the firm in regard to financial reporting and due diligence for acquisitions. He is currently the corporate controller of GPC International a portfolio investment of NACC. Mr. Berman is a graduate of Ithaca College and is a CPA and was formerly with BDO Seidman Accounting Firm. and has seven years of accounting and auditing experience.

Mitchell Marks - EVP

Currently President of Royal-Pioneer Industries, Inc., a North American Capital portfolio company acquired in 1984. Mr. Marks has also served as president of two other portfolio companies. Prior to his association with North American Capital, Mr. Marks was Secretary and Treasurer of Instrument Systems Corporation for ten years. He began his career in 1962 at S.D. Leisdesdorf Corporation. Mr. Marks is a graduate of Hunter College (City of New York University) and is a CPA.

Mr. Fleischauer - CFO, EVP

Mr. Fleischauer has comprehensive experience in financial restructuring. In this capacity, he is responsible for overall client financial planning, operational reviews, due diligence and crisis management, as well as serving as a liaison to client lending institutions. Mr. Fleischauer also serves as Executive Vice President of Operations & Director of GPC International, Inc. and is the former President of Plan Hold Corp. (a leading manufacturer of office metal filing furniture and systems), both portfolio companies of North American Capital Corp. As President of Plan Hold Corp., he positioned the company to service multiple distribution channels and has successfully completed its divestiture in 2001. He joined the company in 1977 and assumed his current responsibilities in 1982. His prior experience includes senior positions with Ernst & Young and several Long Island-based companies. He holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Dayton and is a CPA.

Paige Bravin

Paige Bravin has more than 15 years experience as a teacher and computer software consultant. She has trained various companies on numerous software and database programs. Her past experiences include presentation, websites and database design, effective target marketing strategies and corporate training programs. Ms. Bravin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Masters Degree in Education from Queens College.

Mr. Roth is also the principal stockholder in several successful manufacturing companies. Over the years Mr. Roth has personally been involved in over 200 transactions with values exceeding $1 billion, including Eurodollar, lease, public, industrial revenue bond and federal financings and restructures. Mr. Roth's prior experience includes seven years with Arthur Andersen & Co. and ten years as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Instrument Systems Corporation, now Griffon Corp. (a New York Stock Exchange company). In addition to being on the Board of Directors of North American Capital Corp., Mr. Roth is Chairman of Royal-Pioneer Industries, Inc., Director of GPC International, Inc., Director of Hollis Corporation, and Director and Vice Chairman (non-executive) of Delta & Pine Land Company (a New York Stock Exchange company). He was also formerly a Director of Polaroid Holding Company, and Chairman of the Unsecured Creditors Committee of Primary PDC, Inc. (formerly Polaroid Corporation). Mr. Roth is a graduate of New York University with an MBA from the NYU Graduate School of Business, and is a CPA.

His expertise is in restoring operational and financially distressed businesses. Clients include a broad range of lending institutions, private equity groups, and insurance companies. As a principal, Mr. Roth has successfully originated, negotiated and completed international transactions in the United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Germany and Switzerland, as well as numerous acquisitions in the United States. Mr. Roth is also the Chairman and President of GPC International, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Chartpak, Inc., a North American Capital Corp. portfolio company. He is responsible for repositioning Chartpak as a leading creative products company servicing the art material, craft and hobby, office products and luxury brand markets. Some of Chartpak's legacy branded products include Grumbacher for artist paint, Koh-I-Noor for drawing and sketching, Clearprint for art and engineering paper, Higgins Ink for calligraphy and mixed media, and Maco Office Products, as well as being a strategic distributor for international companies such as Schmincke for artist paints, Molotow for urban art materials, Pelikan for art materials and Fine Writing Instruments and Porsche Design for Fine Writing Instruments in North America. Mr. Roth's operational experience includes identifying and penetrating new distribution channels for consumer brands as well as reinvigorating legacy brands for today's market.
