Chris Guard holds the position of National Account Executive for Global Growth Networks LLC, (and IT division, Central Station Marketing Technology). He plays an integral role with business owners and department managers, helping them increase efficiency, and grow revenue through his vast experience in online marketing and technology. Chris launched his professional career in the Finance industry, working closely with entrepreneurs, helping them navigate their business finance challenges. During Chris' 15 year tenure, he opened new offices from inception, growing one to $22mil in annual revenue, in a 4 year period. His entree into the home services realm began in 2012, when he ran Morehouse Finance Company, where he increased sales and profit margins for home improvement companies throughout the US and Canada, by providing financing solutions to their customers. Chris educated & trained hundreds of contractors on how to offer and sell financing solutions through the Basement Systems, Foundation Supportworks, Dr. Energy Saver, and Contractor Nation Networks. Chris became a specialist in fire & water damage, mold remediation, and construction while helping Dallas/Fort Worth based, Dalworth Restoration build a profitable commercial division. He was actively involved in organizations such as DKI, RIA, PHCC, BOMA, local Chambers of Commerce, among others to drive growth in the commercial & residential restoration divisions. Asking the right questions and taking the time to learn about his client's restoration business; what is working and where the bottlenecks are; is a skill set that has served his clients well. Understanding the role of liaison between his technical development team, and the restoration contractor, in order to build the best possible online solutions to maximize efficiency is Chris' forte. The end result is maximizing online marketing opportunities, upholding reputation management, increasing lead generation & tracking results, so his restoration clients are nimble, and can adjust on the fly.

While most owners transition away from operations after extreme growth, Dave is still the owner/operator and is very much involved in the day to day operations. With an IICRC certification in Applied Structural Drying, Joe is highly experienced, qualified, and dependable, making him an expert in all water mitigation service areas. His values and work ethic align directly with those of the company. At Northeast Power Dry, Joe is responsible for training and assisting the marketing and sales teams. With his leadership, these individuals at NEPD follow skillful guidance. In his spare time, Joe enjoys being with his family, playing with his two yellow Labrador retrievers, and going to concerts. He is a fan of the New Jersey Devils and the New York Yankees!
