NHRG - Key Persons

Marc Byers, received his MIS degree from the University of Texas. His career began in 1995 at NHRG as our System Administrator and research assistant. He became a recruiter in 1996 and then our Sr. Recruiting Manager in 1999 and Director of Technical Services and Recruiting in 2018. Because of his technical background he has been an integral part of our organization managing the recruitment on several retained assignments for new e-commerce startups. He has become our software personnel expert providing our clients with excellent candidates and providing the leadership to train and mentor our new recruiters in the art of technical recruiting.
