First, we cut the product up finely to allow the unbound moisture to be released. We then dry the product very gently ensuring the material stays below 60°C so that nutrients are not denatured. Finally, we apply a vacuum to draw out the last moisture, again without elevating the product temperature. By combining and then optimising these processes Nutraprill is able to create products of a 'freezed dried quality' at a fraction of the normal cost...
