Melissa Rainwater-Fleming joined Northern Arizona Financial Services in 2012 as a tax preparer after several years of working for a well-known chain in Mesa and Flagstaff, AZ in the late 90's. She took some time to follow some passions and work with differently abled individuals for 15 yrs. She returned to the work of taxes and earned her Enrolled Agent license in 2015. In 2020, she worked for and obtained her insurance license and then her security licenses and became an investment advisor representative. This allows her to assist her clients as they work to manage their wealth and hard-earned savings. Melissa spends time with her clients to understand their goals, to provide honesty and transparency when explaining the options available to them. Her goal as well as the goal of the team at Northern Arizona Financial Services is to provide holistic wealth management plans with a tax intelligent focus. Melissa believes no two situations are the same and she places great value on the individual goals, both current and future, of her clients. She uses the team within her office and strategic partners in all areas of insurance and investments to build plans for people at every stage of investing.
