She specialises in partnering with organisations to identify and develop change strategies at organisational, team and individual level, working in collaboration to close the gap between current state and strategic vision. In addition to her change experience, Helen brings a wealth of knowledge and skills providing her with a well-rounded skillset including: Helen is a registered psychologist, organisational capability specialist and transformation partner. With the combination of knowledge and experience in psychology, capability and strategic change, Helen provides a unique perspective in her partnership approach for transformation.
