Helen has over 20 years' experience across a range of sectors with large to small private sector organisations and government bodies. She specialises in partnering with organisations to identify and develop change strategies at organisational, team and individual level, working in collaboration to close the gap between current state and strategic vision. Helen is a registered psychologist, organisational capability specialist and transformation partner. With the combination of knowledge and experience in psychology, capability and strategic change, Helen provides a unique perspective in her partnership approach for transformation.
Hootan has a combined 12 years' experience in change management and learning. A motivated change practitioner with extensive experience in developing change management plans and execution of the agreed change management tactics covering all aspects of change, including business readiness, systems and technology and organisation structures.
