Ben Lev Ari

Ben has vast experience in system engineering integrating RF and communication systems with a multidisciplinary payload. He was involved in the development of the deployable antennas, actuators, cameras, and multiple sensors for space use. In addition, Ben has expertise in composite materials, final elements analysis, and control algorithm. He is managing the R&D team, including RF, HW, SW, physics, communication, and mechanical engineering teams. Ben holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. (Cum Laude) in mechanical engineering from Ben Gurion University.

Daniel Ben Dov

Daniel brings with him 20 years of experience in managing & growing businesses in the defense / aerospace / satellite sectors.

Daniel K. Rockberger - Founder

A veteran space engineer, Daniel has designed and flown numerous parts and structures on a broad range of communication satellite missions for Israel Aerospace Industries. He also worked on a moon mission at NASA. Daniel has personally designed five nanosatellites (including the first Israeli nanosatellite, Inklajn-1). He also acted as deputy project manager of the Venus Satellite for French space agency CNES, on behalf of Israel Aerospace Industries.

Diego Fernández

Diego has Ph.D. in Telecommunications Engineering and Robotics. He founded ARQUIMEA in 2005, transforming the company 15 years later into a global tech Group with over 500 employees, operating in demanding markets and sectors such as aerospace and defence, industrial, healthcare, agrotech, and fintech. Diego authored several patents and has received multiple awards both as an engineer and entrepreneur, including recognition from NASA for his contribution to the MSL-Curiosity mission.

Dr. Raz Itzhaki-Tamir - CEO, Founder

An expert in the fields of nanosatellites and algorithms with over two decades of experience, Raz has managed multiple satellite programs, integrating various satellites and sub-systems on Israeli satellites. In 2006, Raz established the nanosatellite department of Israel Aerospace Industries, a global leader in developing military and commercial aerospace technology. There, he was responsible for the initiation of seven nanosatellite programs. Raz is also the CEO of INSA, the Israeli Nano Satellite Association.

Ferran Tejada

Ferran is an Industrial Engineer and MBA with 15+ years of successful experience in management, strategy, business development, marketing, and sales in tech and industrial companies worldwide. He joined ARQUIMEA in 2010 and has been key contributor to a 70x growth over this period. Today, he is the General Manager of the German subsidiary of ARQUIMEA and oversees the company's strategy in aerospace and defence.

Motti Lichtenstein

Motti is the Founding Member of Liberty Technology Venture Capital. Motti has two decades of corporate experience ranging from controller to C-Level positions. Prior to Liberty Technology Venture Capital, Motti was CEO of IDT Telecom. Additional executive roles at IDT, included serving as COO, Treasurer, EVP of Business Development, and Controller, as well as CEO of IDT Media.

Shmuel Bornstein - CFO

Prior to joining NSLComm, Shmuel was Director of Portfolio Management at OurCrowd, Israel's most active VC, with over $1.5B of committed capital. As part of his function, Shmuel was responsible for a wide range of portfolio activity, including follow-on investment and M&A. Shmuel has broad board experience, and in his capacity as a trusted advisor, has guided numerous start-ups on capital raisings and capital efficiency. With previous experience in financial controlling positions, Shmuel has served as interim CFO of portfolio companies during their transition stages. Prior to joining the VC world, Shmuel spent four years with BDO, where he gained his CPA (Australia) credentials. Shmuel holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He lives in Jerusalem, Israel, with his wife and four children.

Yoav Tzruya

Yoav brings to JVP over twenty years of experience in Cyber Security, C5I, Data Analytics, Media and value-added services. With his hands on approach, Yoav sits on the board of several of JVP's companies including ThetaRay, Morphisec, Secret Double Octopus, Coro.Net, Loom, SecBI, SCADAfence, SourceDefense, 1Touch.io and CNVRG. Past exits include CyActive, acquired by PayPal in March 2015. Prior to joining JVP, Yoav headed venture capital consulting business, Altus Media, and ahead of that, spent five years as General Manager/COO and CMO of Exent Technologies leading its strategy, business and operations in the space of video games digital distribution, working with industry leaders such as Verizon, Comcast, Intel, CBS, Time Warner and France Telecom. Prior to this, Yoav held executive positions with TeleKnowledge, an innovator in business support systems. Yoav spent six years in the Israeli Air Force, managing mission critical development projects including in the "enterprise" control, command & security aspects, and is a decorated officer. Yoav holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics (cum laude) and an M.Sc in Computer Science (cum laude) from Tel-Aviv University, as well as an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management's international program.
