Barbara Tyrrell joined the Noble Team in 2010, leading the first competitive proposal efforts for the company as Noble expanded its customer base and core competencies. She has more than 25 years of experience managing complex federal proposal teams and diverse capture efforts, including establishing and managing proposal centers in the United States and Europe. Barbara has trained dozens of organizations on proposal process, capture management, and writing while leading proposal efforts for more than $10 billion in contract wins.
Since joining Noble, Barbara has worked with senior leadership to develop growth strategies, identify new marketplaces, create capture and proposal plans, and pursue new customers. She leads the proposal team and its efforts, working to expand our international portfolio.
Barbara graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in English.

A key member of Noble's executive management team, Denis assumes a strategic role in the overall management of Noble, as well as having responsibility for planning and managing financial and supplier related operations. This includes finance, accounting, strategic planning, vendor management and legal.
Before joining Noble, Denis was Executive Vice President and CFO for LED technology company Lighting Science Group, where he worked with investors to complete transformational restructuring, recapitalization and go private actions. Prior to that he served as CFO and led the start-up of new businesses at Sprout Health Group, a national private equity-backed primary care, and behavioral healthcare company. As a Vice President at Summit Partners, Denis partnered with boards and management teams to lead growth initiatives for technology and healthcare portfolio companies. He held various global financial leadership positions at MediaTek and Analog Devices and started his career at Raytheon, where he went through their management development program.
Denis received an MBA from Bentley University, a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, and is a CPA.

Jerry was named Vice President of Fulfillment in January 2020 and is now responsible for Noble's global warehouse operations. Jerry became part of the Noble team in October 2011 when he started as Noble's first COCESS (Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store) Store Manager at the Little Rock Air Force Base. He quickly learned how COCESS locations operate and advanced to the position of Director of Mission Support Operations. Jerry was involved in the setup of all 29 Noble store locations worldwide, and in the startup of warehouses in both Frankfurt, DE and Oklahoma City, OK. Today Jerry leads Noble's warehouse team and all pick, pack and ship activities supporting Noble's GSA and DLA contracts.
Before finding his home at Noble, Jerry served in the United States Army where he retired as a Field Artillery First Sergeant. He served as a Recruiter, a Master Gunner, First Sergeant, and a Michigan State Army ROTC Instructor. He is a proud member of the Audie Murphy Club, Major General Aubrie "Red" Newman Awardee, and an Honorary Member of the Order of Saint Barbara. Jerry has been deployed to both Korea and Iraq.
Jerry comes to Noble with over 22 years of experience in taking care of soldiers and supporting the United States Military. He completed his education at Troy University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Jerry also completed training at the United States Army Sergeant's Major Academy, is a graduate of the Battle Course, and mentored over 100 cadets at Michigan State to become 2nd Lieutenants in the United States Army. He strives daily to help make Noble the best Government Contractor that the Military has ever seen.

Peter Crawford joined Noble in 2013 to lead the execution of the company's information technology and systems engineering strategy. As Vice President of Product, he oversees business process automation, systems integration, and the development of customer and supplier-facing platforms. Peter and his team focus on discovering new ways to implement technologies that yield innovative solutions for customers and a competitive advantage for Noble.
Before working at Noble, Peter managed IT operations for the #1 Amazon Marketplace seller and consulted businesses on e-commerce and marketplace strategy. A big baseball fan, Peter founded a small startup that developed a Bluetooth MLB scoreboard and was featured in Wired Magazine.
Peter has his BS in Business Management from Springfield College. He enjoys weekend gigs with his band.

Randall Sweeney joined Noble in 2010 at the onset of the company's extraordinary growth. As Noble's Vice President of Contracting, Ran is responsible for negotiating and administering all government contracts for the company. He contributes crucial insights gained through his twenty years of government service, during which time he achieved GS-15 and a nomination for the Senior Executive Service (SES). Ran was appointed by the Secretary of the Army as a member of the U.S. Army Science Board and has received commendations from the Secretary of Defense and the Department of the Army, as well as formal proclamations from the Ohio Senate and the Ohio House of Representatives. Ran served as a member of the Board of Directors for both publicly traded and privately held companies.
Randall holds a Master of Public Administration from Ohio State.

Tom Noble, co-founder and chief executive officer at Noble, is responsible for Noble's strategy and value creation. Since co-founding the company with his father in 2003, Tom has led Noble with consistent and profitable growth each year.

Vincent L. Griffith joined Noble in July of 2018 as Vice President of Strategic Growth and Development. In this position, Vince works with senior management and contract proposal teams to provide direction for contract acquisitions and curation of Noble's defense and government contract pipeline which now totals more than $5.9B. Vince plays a crucial role in developing Noble's corporate strategy and business processes as well as in strengthening and developing new and existing customer and partner relationships.
Vince is a senior executive with 20+ years of military leadership. As Director of Logistics Operations for the Defense Logistics Agency, Vince managed the development of major policy and programs for the $41B agency supporting the nation's servicemembers. The range of logistics programs under his direction included new item introduction, inventory management, distribution, storage, transportation, demilitarization and every facet of logistics support in DoD's end-to-end supply chain operations. Vince is a U.S. Navy Two-Star Admiral, with demonstrated leadership and commitment to service throughout a distinguished Navy career.
