OPEN FOOD FOUNDATION

The Open Food Foundation is a non-profit, registered charity established in October 2012 to develop, accumulate and protect open source knowledge, code, applications and platforms for fair and sustainable food systems... We operate a social enterprise consultancy that furthers our goals to support a new, fairer food system, and helps fund the not-for-profit's work. All IP created within the consultancy is transferred to the Open Food Foundation. You can read more about our food systems consultancy work, or make an inquiry about working together... The entire Open Food Network project was founded in 2012 in Australia by Kirsten Larsen and Serenity Hill. Since then it has grown, and launched in 8 countries around the world. These days, Open Food Network Australia is the Australian arm of an international community that's locally-led across the world. Check out some of the work done by our international partners.
