Qualified as a solicitor in 2007, Ann has gained a wealth of experience in private and commercial practice developing a particular expertise in the areas of probate and property law.
Ann advises private and corporate clients in relation to all aspects of commercial and residential property disposal and acquisition and landlord and tenant law. Achievements of note are having recently acted in Ireland's top residential property sale (2021) and in the 15m disposal of Ireland's oldest pub!
Ann also has considerable experience in the areas of probate, trusts and estate planning and regularly advises clients in contentious and non-contentious probate related matters. Having developed a particular interest in this area of law, Ann offers considered advice on estate planning, enduring power of attorneys and wardship proceedings.
Anna qualified as a solicitor in 2006. Anna joined O Reilly Thomas LLP Solicitors in July 2007. She has been involved in all aspects of the practice and now specialises in the Private Client area.
Anna is the firm's designated Family Law Solicitor. She advises on all aspects of Family Law including Separation Agreements, Judicial Separation, Divorce, Post-Divorce proceedings, Uncontested Divorces and Anna has built up a reputable Family Law Practice with a strong focus on early resolution of cases where possible.

Joe's particular area of expertise lies in Property and Mediation. Joe has extensive experience of acting for developers, commercial and private clients in the area of conveyancing.
Joe regularly lectures and tutors at CPD events nationwide and in the Law Society on the subjects of Conveyancing, Landlord & Tenant and Mediation. He has also acted as internal examiner on conveyancing in the Law School.
Joe is a member and former chair of the Conveyancing Committee of the Law Society. Joe regularly acts as an expert witness in conveyancing matters. Joe has written and been published on both conveyancing and mediation.
Mairead Sweeney joined our team in 2020. She is a Drogheda native and brings a wealth of experience having a wide and varied background in general practise. She specialises in general litigation, personal injury, medical negligence and employment law.
