Alastair is currently the only employee of the Oversight Trust and he acts as Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary. Alastair is the Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary of the The OversightTrust, having previously working with Big Society Capital and before that as Communications Adviser to Sir Ronald Cohen. He enjoyed a twenty year career at Morgan Stanley International initially in the Investment Banking Division and subsequently in the European Chairman's Office where he was Head of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Arman Alan Ali

His clients have included the Mayor of London, several London boroughs, as well as charities such as the London Emergencies Trust, the Camden Society, the Migrants' Rights Network, the AIRE Centre, the Latin American Women's Rights Service, Plan UK, the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, and Women for Women International.

Clara's public interest work with the IMP was made possible through a secondment from her role as a Partner at Bridges Fund Management, where she led the firm's sustainable and impact strategies across fund types. Prior to Bridges Fund Management, Clara worked for Acumen's Capital Markets team and later co-led the Acumen renewable energy portfolio, investing in India and East Africa.

Jo Fox
