Corey Mangold is the Principal and Co-Founder of Gigasavvy, a leading southern California creative marketing agency. Rick's career in general management and marketing has spanned multiple countries and across a diverse set of industries such as CPG, Retail, Healthcare, and Financial Services. During his career, he has specialized in both scaling up companies with high growth potential and transforming businesses to energize revenue growth. He is a creative and influential leader with a history of crafting and implementing breakthrough strategy and innovation by leveraging his marketing expertise with deep operational experience and a strong financial acumen. Rick has considerable experience as a senior executive working with Boards on designing and developing strategy then aligning the company, including the Board Of Directors, on key growth priorities. Most recently Brown spent 5 years with H&R Block as President of their Canadian operations, where he had full P&L responsibility and led the growth of tax and financial services for this $300 million company, plus built a proprietary digital tax software platform and e-commerce business. Prior to this Rick was Chief Marketing Officer and SVP, Sales and Business Development for a healthcare service company in the US called Smile Brands, a market leader in the dental care sector with $500 million in revenue, serving 2+ million patients annually. He played a major role in navigating the company through an IPO process which ended in the private sale of the company in 2011.

Wayne R. Johnson, TEP is the founding member of WAYNE R. JOHNSON & ASSOCIATES, PLC, a boutique law firm located in Beverly Hills, California. Wayne's practice is concentrated in the areas of corporate and general business matters, entertainment and music law and transactions, domestic and international tax planning and controversy, business strategy and planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Wayne earned B.S. degrees in accounting, business finance and economics from North Dakota State University in 1989; a Juris Doctorate (with Distinction) from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1994; and a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in Taxation Law from New York University School of Law in 1995. Wayne is a member of the State Bar of California, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also been an active member of several bar associations, including the State Bar of California, and is a former chair of the California State Bar's Taxation Section (2008-2009). Wayne is a former member of the USC Tax Institute (where he served as both a Member of the Institute's Executive Committee and as chair of the Institute's Subcommittee on Individual Income Taxation from 2006-2009), and the International Estate Planning Commission of the Union Internationale des Avocats. Wayne was selected for inclusion in the 2018 edition of Marquis Who's Who in America. Marquis selected Wayne based on his noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in the field of law. Law and Politics Magazine and the publishers of Los Angeles Magazine named Wayne a SuperLawyer in the field of taxation law from 2009 to 2020. In November 2011, Wayne received the V. Judson Klein Award from the California State Bar's Taxation Section. The V. Judson Klein Award is annually presented to a mid-career California attorney who displays excellence, professionalism and leadership in the field of taxation law. Wayne frequently writes and lectures on tax, business and wealth planning matters. Wayne is an adjunct professor of tax law at Loyola Law School's Graduate Tax Program (Estate and Gift Taxation I), and a member of the Program's Board of Advisors. Wayne has also been an adjunct professor of law at the Los Angeles campus of Golden Gate University's Graduate Tax Program (where he taught Corporate Taxation, Introduction to Foreign Taxation, and Introduction to State and Local Taxation); and at Western State University College of Law (where he taught Taxation of Business Entities, and Personal Finance for Lawyers). Prior to practicing law, Wayne spent several years in public accounting and corporate finance. He continues to regularly consult to regional and national accounting firms with regard to domestic and international tax and wealth planning matters.
