As owners, Eric and Tim have fostered a creative and collaborative project team consisting of architectural, in-house engineering, and project/construction management that have worked on both domestic and international projects... The Open Architecture (OA) team consists of dynamic background of construction industry professionals. Architects, Engineers, Designers, Fabricators and Contractors are ready to assist our clients from a project's conception though its daily operation. We have multiple years of experience in development and construction of various project types across the country.
