Opportunity Therapy is a fully functioning outpatient therapy clinic providing Physical Therapy Monday-Friday, 8-5pm & Occupational Therapy by appointment only. The Therapist complete an evaluation & determine a diagnosis to establish a treatment plan. The treatment plan is carried out to improve quality of life, improve function and ability which may be impaired due to any reason, & help you meet your goals. We also are offering preventative & wellness services... Our goal at Opportunity Therapy is to promote the patient's ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Physical Therapy is an essential element of patient care. We provide patients with excellent one on one care and Functional Maintenance Program/Home Exercise Programs that are customized to meet your needs and goals.
