OTELEY

The Oteley Estate is situated on the shores of the mere in Ellesmere, Shropshire. The estate has been in the family for over 500 years and has seen many changes from lavish country house to army hospital camp. In recent years however the 2,000 acres of land has become home to two stunning herds of native breeds of british cattle; Beef Shorthorn and Highland... Even if an animal has only spent part of the year outside, it can still be defined as grass-fed. Here at Oteley though, our Highlands our purely grass-fed, and are free to roam the lush pasture all year round.
