Prior to Prime Choice, Artemis held the positions of Quality Control Manager at several companies including AmWest Funding Corp., First Direct Lending, LLC, and Carrington Mortgage Services. She is responsible for executing all phases of the company quality control program, and ensuring loans meet investor, agency, and company underwriting guidelines. Additionally, Artemis ensures all loans meet regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Artemis also performs risk analysis to detect and prevent fraud, identify and report QC findings, identify trending and training opportunities for Pre and Post Closing Audits. She also manages, directs, and implements underwriting strategies and objectives to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality loan decisions in accordance with credit policy and service level agreements.
Branden is an Operations Manager with 18+ plus experience in the mortgage industry. He has been recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for optimizing loan processing and management infrastructure, as well as for elevating standards of quality and compliance to achieve ambitious corporate goals. Under his leadership, he presides over account management, processing, loan setup, and jr. account management/processor departments; directing cross-functional collaborations to verify operations are following best practices, policies, and procedures while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

Craig Kerbrat is the Vice President of Secondary Marketing at Prime Choice Funding. Inc. He oversees the lock desk team, assists with hedging the pipeline, manages PCF products and investor products through Optimal Blue, and handles daily loan sales. Craig came to Prime Choice Funding Inc. in 2017 to help build out the capital markets department for the retail channel and eventually the wholesale division. Prior to Prime Choice, Craig had 4 years of Capital Markets experience at Nations Direct Mortgage, 1 and half years of experience as a financial advisor at Northwestern Mutual, and 6 years of sales and customer service experience. Craig graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a minor in Finance. He currently resides in the Lake Forest area with his wife and 2 children.

Danielle Panno is the Vice President of Business Operations at Prime Choice Funding, Inc. She attended Chapman University for Business Administration and Real Estate Finance and joined Prime Choice Funding in 2013 when she was just 19 years old. Danielle played an integral role in growing the business from a small broker shop to the nationwide lender it is today. She is responsible for building out several aspects of Prime Choice's personnel infrastructure including Compliance, Human Resources, Accounting, Customer Service, and Broker Services. In addition to her accomplishments in the mortgage industry, Danielle is also a co-founder of an all-female Real Estate team in Southern California.

During the 18 years prior to First Direct, John held various Investment Banking positions with Sterne Agee & Leach, Friedman, Billings, Ramsey ("FBR") and Financial Technology Partners, all focused on advising and raising capital for mortgage companies, banks and financial technology firms. Mr. Hamel graduated with an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business and a BS in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.

Having worked in residential lending and the highly regulated credit union environment, she believes in meeting the community's needs through fair and inclusive lending. If there is a way to say "Yes," Rachel will support the team to move milestones to aid the borrower.
Her background in the newspaper advertising, technology, and mortgage industries, along with her degree in Business Administration, are an asset to Prime Choice Funding. She delivers with a spirit of excellence every day to move the home buying process forward for internal and external customers alike. Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband of 6 years on road trips, a day at the racetrack, or shooting photography.
