Erwin is a founder and principal of Paragon Commercial Group. With over 25 years of experience in the shopping center industry both the institutional and entrepreneurial side, Erwin has established a track record for entitling, developing, and redeveloping high quality assets in high-barrier-to-entry markets with best-in-class anchors such as Target, Wal Mart, Whole Foods, CVS, Ralphs, Albertsons, and Trader Joe's. Prior to joining Paragon, Erwin served as the Senior Vice President and Senior Market Officer at Regency Centers Corporation (NYSE:REG) where he oversaw Regency's ground up and redevelopment platforms for the company's Pacific Region. During his 11 years at Regency, Erwin oversaw the acquisition, entitlement and development of millions of square feet of retail in California.

Patrick McGaughey

Patrick is Paragon's Director of Investments in Northern California. He is responsible for the acquisition, entitlement, leasing and construction of all Northern California projects.

Reuben Peters

Reuben joined Paragon in April of 2021 as an investment manager, responsible for managing and underwriting Paragon's acquisition and future development opportunities. Prior to joining Paragon, Reuben was with Seritage Growth Properties, a REIT formed to unlock the underlying value of Sears Holdings' portfolio. He worked on Seritage's development team where he managed the entitlement and underwriting for mixed use and suburban projects throughout the west coast as several of Sears Holdings' assets across the country are being repositioned. A few projects Reuben lead in SRG's west coast portfolio, included master planned communities: Overlake Plaza in Redmond, Washington; Westminster Mall and Plaza West Covina in California aimed at maximizing land value through horizontal or vertical mixed-use development, while mitigating risk through joint venture opportunities. Seritage's large scale and mixed-use portfolio aims to bring over 1,200 residential units, 150,000 square feet of office, and 100,000 square feet of retail yielding over $100,000,000 in value creation over the next decade. Reuben earned his undergraduate degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, Price school, his graduate degree from the University of Southern California, in Project Management. Additionally, Reuben walked on to the USC football team eventually earning a scholarship after his sophomore year where after the end of his collegiate career was then invited to the Kansas City Chief's rookie camp. Reuben also holds his brokerage license.

Todd Huber
