PCEFT is about promoting healthy relationships and connection. We believe that true connection requires risk and vulnerability and that we all need support in finding these within ourselves. We provide therapy for couples, families and other key relationships, helping them to heal together. Our work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a research-based model that provides a map for healing and closeness. EFT was developed by Sue Johnson and Les Greenberg as a way to address relational distress.
