Many of our members are moving away from annual appraisals and looking at smarter ways to carry out performance reviews. We're producing a performance tracker and review tool. It will allow real time reviews and in the moment feedback. The app will also house a library of built-in coaching videos to give line-managers the right performance management training at the right time and ensure their own coaching skills are being constantly improved... We provide a selection of pre-designed feedback surveys, based on what we know to be great feedback questions. Organisations are also given the ability to create their own bespoke surveys, with an easy-to-use survey builder...
