A seasoned Project/Process Management Specialist with over 25 years experience, Eric has supported clients in developing Execution Plans for critical, complex and time-sensitive projects. With a passion for excellence and deep understanding that processes, policies and procedures are integral to corporate excellence and results, Eric has worked with clients to map and improve processes in many industries.
Lori brings over 21 years of business and legal experience, and has been actively involved as a Director/Shareholder with PSI since its inception in 1992. Her role includes managing office operations, accounting, and all aspects of customer service. Lori is your main contact for program registration, and all your Priority Manager supplies.
On a personal note, Lori enjoys music, art and entertaining friends. Lori and her husband Orlyn lead an active lifestyle, including travelling, motorbike riding, and hiking.

Richard Sogawa is a Project Manager with over 35 years in traditional, knowledge based and behaviour change projects. He is an accomplished facilitator, speaker and coach. Richard has a Bachelor's of Applied Science (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, bringing a broad range of industry-relevant information to our team.
